The overall experience was okay. The service was completed, but I’d recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before and after, as I encountered a couple of issues. One of the plastic covers on my wiper blades was broken during the windshield replacement, and no one informed me. I returned, showed them the damage, and to their credit, they ordered the part and replaced it without hassle. That follow-up was appreciated, but it would’ve been better if they had been upfront about it. A few weeks later, the adhesive for the rearview mirror failed while I was adjusting it. I ended up fixing it myself, though I’m confident they would have addressed it if I had gone back. The standout here was their customer service — responsive and helpful once I brought the issues to their attention. Just be sure to double-check everything when the job is done.

From start to finish this was the worst customer experience of my life! Run Away from this Safelite like your life and time depends on it! This was booked by my insurance due to them being able to come to my home for the repair. They could not provide this to me due to a lack of trained technicians. Fine. Then I drop my car offat 8 am (have to hunt through the building to find a person to talk to, don't have my insurance even though that's who booked this) am told it will be done by early afternoon. At 4 I call to be told oh we don't have the part it will be in tomorrow. TWO weeks later I get a call saying if I don't come in they will send my part back (this was their first message to me about it being in) finally 3 weeks after my first appointment the work is done. I can say without a question you could not PAY me to come back here.

Safelite had a very easy process with decent pricing. I contacted several companies when I realized I didn't have windshield replacement coverage. They were very responsive to my requests and had the most reasonable price. The staff was great. I was able to get it scheduled in a short time and they even had a loaner available so I didn't have hang out in the shop. Thank you.

Promised to come out 3 times in a row and never showed, waited around 3 days for nothing and kept on saying they didn't have the windshield and then they called an hour later saying that they had the windshield.They are the worst business I've ever delt with. Never even called the first time to say they didn't have the windshield, I had to call them at the end of the day.

Fantastic experience! App't booking process was easy, and they had openings that same week. Technician was very pleasant and kept me informed while I was waiting. Process was pretty darn quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend these folks.
