I used to replace back mirror once before. I came back again since I had a good experience before. But this time called for a quote, gave the detail of my car smoothly and the guy told me $290. I said I will call back. The next time I called back to schedule a drop off and double check the price again. He asked me the car info, and somehow my English was quite broken at the time, and he said $325. I let him know politely that I was told $290 the first time I called, and then he sounded mad. It was awkward moment for awhile. Then I politely asked him again, how much is it going to be? And he said, “I guess we will just go with $290,” (sounded unhappy like he would hold grudges. The next morning I came to drop off the car. I was there a few minutes before the business open. Due to snow, there is no parking lines. So I wait in front of no parking sign car entrance. Then he came, he saw where I parked while waiting. He didn’t say anything to me. When I went in to give him the key, he yelled “are you seriously going to park right in front of no parking sign?” I politely let him know that I was just dropping off, and I didn’t see where the parking was (no parking lines due to snow). He told me right in front. I didn’t take it to heart because it was my fault for parking in front of no parking although he saw and didn’t say anything before. I moved my car and parked in front as he told me. I went back in, and about to give the key and pay the price; before I could do it, he yelled “did you really just park in front of my door?” I asked where am I suppose to park. He yelled, “don’t you see the lines?” I asked where is the lines? He yelled again pointing in front of his door, “I clearly saw the line.” There was no visible lines, only snow in the area. My windsheild cracked during my drive to work one day. I called in and the nice man on the phone squeezed me in for a replacement literally the next day since I worked 2nd shift. Got it all done within an hour and enjoyed lunch at a neighboring resturant. Drove away and realized I was getting headaches while driving. With the 1 year warranty that was provided, I was able to get an exchange and service at no extra cost. Brought it in and the guys here found the defect right away. Business is done well here. Speedy and great quality. Thanks!

I drove all the way from Hudson, Wisconsin almost 30 min away from their establishment for them to tell me the vendor they ordered from sent in my New windshield cracked. I wasn't accommodated, or even given a simple apology by the OWNER for the inconvenience . I guess it's true u get what you pay for. He felt no need to accommodate me or discount me because "they are already discounted." The owner really showed his customer service today. DONT EXPECT NOTHING ELSE OTHER THEN A DISCOUNTED WINDOW! Horrible first experience.

Professional everytime! Prices are great and they do an excellent job ! They were able to fit me in same day! I will definitly come back! Reading "Katie B's" review is a little disturbing. First of all , glass doesnt come in YELLOW and if your whole car is shaking when your window is rolled down, honey you need a NEW CAR. Instead of bashing this A+ establishment, call them instead beforehand like a normal person would. PS) clean up your own left over glass chards, this is not the job of the employees to do!

Dude, these people are *so* personable. Lots of little courtesies win my undying loyalty. They truly treat you like a friend! Also, I was in there on a day with the windchill below 0 and the heat was just fine, not what other reviewers stated. 9 months later: I have continued to work with Discount Auto Glass and their service and friendliness continues to be absolutely excellent. They will persevere to make sure that you don't have any issues. Highly, highly recommend!!

They were friendly over the phone, but the work was terrible! They replaced my passenger side window and now it doesn't roll down with the driver's side controls. It rolls down with passenger side control, but shakes the whole car. Unacceptable. Also, the left behind a lot of broken glass in several areas of the car after they had assured me that they clean it all up. Last, the window they replaced is a different color tint than the other windows. I will never be back.

Used these guys to replace my smashed out window out of pocket. Their price was 30-40% below the quotes I got from Abra, Harmon and Safelight (labor included). The only drawback was no at your door service and early closing hours (must come between 8-4:30 weekdays only. Great Service and stand up guys. Didn't give me hassle or make me re-schedule even after 1st piece of glass didn't fit due to me giving incorrect year for my car.

They are amazing, they can squeeze you in last minute, very knowledgeable, price is best around from me doing my research. These guys have been in business a long time and offer more services then just glass they have repairs for any window not working properly, replacing or filling cracks on your glass, remote start, and other custom things. A place to check out that have been in the community forever.

someone smashed my window right before a road trip, i paid a little more to get a replacement window that day instead of online but it was very much worth it. i called and within three hours they had the replacement window. only cost 108$ which was pretty reasonable! they guy on the phone was super friendly, i hope i don’t get another broken window but if i do i’ll definitely come back.

I am so grateful to these people. My son's car was broken in to and we needed the passenger window replaced ASAP! Not only did they have the best price, they were able to get us in right away. They not only worked quickly, they had my son's car looking like it never happened. They were friendly, kind and really patient with me. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me today!
