My morning started out pretty rough after I shattered my rear window backing into a metal overhang. Fortunately, I had Jeremy to come do my repair, and he made my day infinitely better! Per the website, the earliest available time slot for my window replacement was tomorrow morning. However, within 30 minutes of filing a claim (and 20 minutes before his shop officially opened), Jeremy called to schedule a service time. Jeremy was professional, communicated that he would need access to an outlet, and was incredibly prompt. He showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled service and replaced my rear window within an hour. All throughout, Jeremy kept me informed on what he was doing and let me know if there were any issues. He even helped remove a speaker grill cover that somehow disintegrated due to being so old. Poor install. Refuses to honor their lifetime warranty. Less than 6 months after having a new windshield installed, a crack developed across the top right corner. Since it clearly wasn't impact-related, I called up jeremy to inquiry about a warranty claim. They list a lifetime warranty on their site and I asked if someone could come out to look at it. Without looking at my car, he 1)said that it must be rust related (i.e. my fault) and 2)said I waited too long to make a claim (lifetime warranty?). I made a good faith claim on the warranty and only got excuses, yelling, and accusations of trying to scam them out of a free windshield. My insurance company no longer recommends Clear Vision and I can see why.

Called for a price quote. They were almost the lowest price, 1 more than the best quote I found. Their site said at the time of the call "We will PRICE MATCH and give a discount off our competitor’s price quotes." Not really expecting much, but maybe another $5 bucks off I with a laugh asked about it. He asked who the lower price was and how much. I said Safeway glass at $1 less with a little laugh. He says " WOW a buck, Thank you" and HUNG UP on me. Any company that hangs up on a customer (with a few exceptions) deserves to go out of business. I certainly will share my experience. Not over $1, which I was about to book an appointment anyways, but because of the pure rudeness to a potential customer.

I want to start off by saying I called over 10 window repair shops and my lowest quote was 220. I decided to google one last shop and found Jeremy at Clear Vision Auto Glass and was quoted THE BEST PRICE I’ve heard all morning. That’s not all, I called maybe a little after nine and by 11:30 my window was fixed! Not to mention he helped me clean up the broken glass before getting started and waited up to twenty minutes after he finished the job due to my delay.. if that isn’t five stars idk what is! Had my car broken into this morning alongside another resident’s and panicked when I couldn’t find anywhere that had an open appointment, or a place that had the glass for my car door! Called Clear Vision this morning and the tech recommended calling a junkyard for the glass and if I could get it they would install it. Couple hours later and my car door window is completely fixed. Took no time at all, and the tech was extremely nice and helpful. Made an otherwise upsetting day much, much, MUCH better. Jeremy was great! I needed someone to come fix a smashed window quick before a thunderstorm, and I called a bunch of places. He was the only one who could fit me in that day, and was prompt and communicative. He was incredibly friendly, chill and competent. He fixed it quick, for half the price of all other places in the area, and even vacuumed out the inside of my car using his car battery. He was great I would strongly recommend him!

We called Jeremy after losing a side window to a break-in. He got us in promptly and the installation itself was done in under an hour. He worked directly with our insurance so billing was a breeze.
