DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR SUNROOF! In October my sunroof was shattered from a rock on the highway. I contacted Advantage Auto Glass in St. Paul for an estimate and repair of the sunroof on my 2017 Rogue. All information was provided including make/model/VIN, and it was explained that it was a panoramic sunroof - to which I was continually assured they would be able to fix and that they had "the best and most experience staff" for the job. The day they came out to fix my sunroof, they didn't bring the correct tools and the repairman had let me know this would be the first time they would have ever worked on a 2017 Rogue panoramic sunroof. I stressed that it was a leased vehicle and asked if they feel confident they will be able to repair it correctly. I was assured by the repairman as well as their office staff that there would be no issue and it would be fixed within the next few days. For their second attempt at repairing my sunroof they asked if I had a garage for repairs, to which I told them I did and would appreciate it if they made it out my way. I was contacted not much later that they had drove my vehicle (without approval or a heads up) to their repair shop instead, to which they responded, "We weren't that far away." After numerous days of working with Advantage Auto Glass, they not only returned my vehicle to me partially repaired, leaking, and sealed with tape on the top but also asked me for more money after payment was already provided, would not provide a rental for my time without a vehicle, and told me, "We think you should take this to someone who knows what they're doing." I brought my vehicle to a Nissan dealership where they found that after paying Advantage Auto Glass over $1.3K for repairs, Advantage Auto Glass in St. Paul also caused nearly $5,000 worth of additional damage to the interior lining, supporting elements, sunroof track and sunroof window. It has been almost three months to which I now, finally, have my own vehicle back. This was by far the worst experience I have had with any auto repair company including their lack of knowledge and research, poor customer service, and continued false assurance that the sunroof would be repaired correctly even after giving them an "out". I would give this review zero stars, if possible. Please do your research before using Advantage Auto Glass in St. Paul for any sunroof repair needs!

The team at Advantage Auto Glass is absolutely top notch; very professional, excellent communication, and beautiful work; don't waste your time elsewhere! After calling around I found Advantage Auto glass and received a quote from John W.; the price was EXTREMELY reasonable so I asked to make an appointment. The situation was challenging as my glass was broken in a parking structure and I did not want to drive anywhere, so he made special note and said they could get to me in under 24hrs. I received a confirmation email with my tech's name and estimated TOA. The tech, Marcos M., called ahead that morning to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time with a vehicle that fit inside of the parking structure. Marcos was very easy to work with; he cleaned the broken glass out of my vehicle, installed the new glass, and cleaned around the area of my car where the glass was replaced to remove any fingerprints he may have left. TOP NOTCH!

I'm OTR Owner Operator. I had my windshield replaced by Advantage Glass in Eagan, MN. The Technician was prompted and courteous. Got a load to Florida and my Windshield started leaking. I then gave Advantage Glass a call , about my issue. Tiffany was so Gracious and helpful. I returned to my home base in Mcdonough,, Ga. Found another glass company, to replace the Windshield. And Tiffany arranged the payment for replacement. This is a Excellent Company .they stand behind their work . And I will Recommend there services to everyone. Thanks Tiffany.

Arbitrarily changes schedule day before installation. As if people don’t have plans. Ask for manager who is completely rude and unprofessional. Advertise that they are a local company but treat their local customers worse than big national company. I would not recommend to anyone, spend a little more time and find a smaller local glass company and you will get better service and help out smaller companies. My car got broken into and they completely shattered my window. I found Advantage on my car insurance app when I was filing my claim. They quickly called me and set me up an appointment. Today they confirmed the window that John would be here. He showed up at the very start of the window and had it replaced in about a half an hour. Amazing! Thank you guys so much!
