Worst service ever! Replaced my windshield, a day later while driving down the road water started leaking all over the floor of my car. I called for them to fix it on Thursday she told me it would be Monday before someone could come fix it! I explained that wasn't ok and some one needed to come sooner then that. The guy came the next day and claimed to have fixed it... yet again when it rained I had water leaking all over my car. When I told him I was having issues with my lights and radio he said I could try and bring it in but if I waited it would probably dry up and be ok🤔 I won't ever have them fix any windshield nor recommend them to anyone!

We recently had some road debris attack both of our vehicles. One of which is a ‘17 Yukon XL. We had the van windshield repaired and the truck Windshield replaced and the gentlemen that came to our home to replace and repair were stellar, professional, upstanding, and knowledgeable fellas and they did a GREAT job. This company was excellent to deal with. They worked directly with our insurance company and made the process very seamless from start to finish. The guy came right to my work to replace my windshield. Took him maybe 30 min max. He called me when we was on his way and let me know when he was done. Very professional, and my windshield looks AMAZING! I would most definitely go with them again...The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because he left some trash in my car from the replacement (not a huge deal I just tossed it), but in my opinion the car should be left as clean as it was found and I just cleaned my car that day...but I understand we all can forget things. All in all it was great service!! Thanks!!

The rear window looks great and power window works. But I was very disappointed in the detail. There was glass on seat where my kids sir. There was glass all over my tunnel cover and in the back of the box. Also when I call to make the appointment I asked if the would clean up the glue from the duck tape and the lady said yes but they did not touch it. So that was very disappointing. City Auto Glass did a great job replacing my front windshield on my 21 bronco. Like most newer vehicles with cameras and electronic sensors they insured all components were working properly before completion. Coming to me, my residence made it very convenient. The tech, Mike doing the work was very professional, friendly and efficient doing the job, under an hour from start to finish. Would recommend this company if in need of a vehicle window repair/replacement!

This is my first time using them and I have come away very impressed. I had to bring my vehicle to their location for glass replacement because of the sensor cluster. I waited there for the work to be done, the customer area was very clean and comfortable. All the employees were courteous, professional and knowledgeable to any question or concern I had. Absolutely disgusting! Wanna a chip repair, technician wouldn't even talk to us? We asked for him to come in shop when done? Nope left without showing us the repair! We'll there was no repair! I was very happy with the service - the only drawback for me was I was given a timeline of 8am-12 with notation that I needed car by 12:30. I wanted to take a walk and shower etc so would have really appreciated a heads up call for estimated arrival (which was after 11). So except for a wasted morning the service was fast and excellent 😎
