I never leave reviews for businesses but felt compelled to do so after my experience with Robert at Glass Masters Auto Glass. I was experiencing a "creaking" noise towards the dash/windshield area, especially at very low temps. Robert requested that we complete a test drive together so that I could confirm what noise I was experiencing. He immediately suspected the culprit, which turned out not to be an issue with the windshield itself, but rather an inherent flaw with a piece of moulding that abuts the windshield. He removed the moulding, applied a silicon lubricant, replaced the moulding & refused to charge me for the service. He did all of this in below 0 temps with a smile! Robert was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Robert has come to the rescue 2x now to help repair my car windows from last year installing a brand new passenger window from someone trying to break in my car to now fixing a very annoying crack I recently received on my front windshield unfortunately from a construction truck off 494 as life happens sometimes! He was very quick, efficient, and knowledgeable letting me know that my car was in great hands and it showed with the work he performed once again! I wanted to say personally say thank you publicly to Glass Masters for all the help and work you have done for me and will continue my business here in the future for my car glass needs. 10/10 would and will recommend to others to help support a great local business!

I called up Glass Masters after a rock flew threw my rear driver window on the highway going 65 mph. I called up and spoke with a man makes Kenny. I was crying and distraught from the experience I just had and he sat on the phone with me until I pulled safely off the highway. He was very kind and extremely intelligent. He gave me a fair price and the tech showed up to vacuum the glass out for me and put crash wrap over my window area so I could go home. He showed up the next day on time with a friendly smile. He was honest and did the job very well! I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family for any glass need! 10 out of 10 experience from the very minute I called to the second he left!

Friendly people who were very conversational. I am someone who enjoys working on cars so I was curious to see the process of how it was done, so I asked the technician if I could just watch. Did a great job explaining things to me as he worked, but he made a mistake on the door panel when taking it off. Now theres a slight rattle when the door is shut, sounds like something is loose in there. UPDATE: After seeing my review the scheduled an appointment ASAP to figure out what exactly was going on. Turns out there wasn’t a mistake but left over broken glass at the bottom of the door panel. They came and made sure it was all out and everything still worked well! 5 star well deserved!

Robert was very professional. I called for a quote to get my windshield replaced on my 2002 VW Golf GTI, the price he gave me was substantially cheaper than all of the other glass shops I had checked. He was also able to schedule a next day appointment, and showed up three hours earlier than I had initially expected (after calling me first). He had my car finished very quickly and the windshield looks factory installed. I was so happy with their service that I decided to take few minutes out of my busy day to write them a 5 star review. The technicians were courteous, did excellent work, provided excellent pricing, cleaned up after and got me back on the road in no time. The glass they used are the same OEM parts so they are not cutting corners. They were able to do the repair the next day in less than an hour at pricing that was way below what the major franchise competitors were charging. If you have a broken windshield . I highly recommended this place. Me and my Girlfriend were heading to work when a deer 🦌 ran out and hit us. Leaving us with the windshield caved into the inside the car. I called this place and they went right to work. They even came to my job to fix it. Also the guy that I spoke with was Rob he was very patient, kind and was sure to walk me through the process and answered all my questions. We will definitely be doing work with them in the future! These guys were friendly, professional, and very fast and efficient! Since they're mobile, I appreciated the fact that we could meet up in a convenient location (though they told me that they can go to homes or businesses as well, which is good to know in case I need to ever call them again). Rob is incredibly knowledgeable, and pointed out other details about my windshield and wipers I wasn't aware of. I'd highly recommend them!!!
