Tee’s Auto Glass

Just got my Windshield replaced on my IS 350 by Tee today. I had initially planned on getting a large rock chip repaired. I gave Tee a call described the damage that had occured to my windshield and he offered he stop by same day and repair the glass. He came within two hours and advised that he could either repair the chip on the spot or replace the whole glass since the chip was in my line of sight. This meant that my insurance provider would be able to cover either option. We scheduled an appointment on Monday and I was in the shop Wednesday and out in an hour with a new windshield. I am very particular about my car. In the past I worked with another shop before that completely screwed up all my trim and didn't even align the glass properly on install. Tee was able to offer me several different replacement options. He was also very prompt and communicative offering several different time slots. Post repair he debriefed me on everything he found and gave me instructions on how to ensure that the windshield would settle properly. Great customer service from the beginning to the end. It was very easy to contact them. Their contact information provided a chat option through facebook. They were very responsive. They provided pricing at the very beginning and provided available timeframes. The weather was a bit too cold so it was necessary for me to drive to them. The appointment was scheduled, but I arrived early. They were able to take me early, which was very appreciated! As I waited, the lobby area was comfortable and clean. The restrooms were also very clean! They explained to me the process step by step and was very respectful with working around personal items (mail, and other items in the car). The process was quicker than I thought. Days have passed, and things are still going well. The cost was a bit more expensive than some franchises but well worth it. I would highly recommend!

Leaving a review for Tee bc even though I used another service, I wish I would’ve came here! Tee responded promptly and professionally to my call for a quote and would’ve been able to get me in that same day if I didn’t have to work. Bonus: competitive pricing and doesn’t charge until service is fully complete. I went with another tech that could do my windshield replacement for slightly cheaper and come to me, but they didn’t show on my originally scheduled date - the final cost ended up only being $15 less than what Tee quoted me. They rly dropped the ball with communication and left me wishing I came to Tee’s shop instead. Time will tell if their service was worth the hassle and wait. Do yourself a favor and just come here instead of using chains like safelite or trying to nickel and dime anywhere else. Fast, professional, reliable.

My wife’s Toyota Venza had a long streak crack on her windshield. Knowing I needed a replacement, I was referred to Tee’s auto glass. Did a quote online and it did not take long before Tee called me. Highly recommended. I had my window glass replaced after it had been smashed by a thief. Tee was kind, welcoming, and professional. It took him less than an hour to finish the work. He vacuumed the inside of my vehicle thoroughly to remove the shattered glass pieces. After the service, I went to a near car wash to do the vacuum myself, but there was not much left for me to do. I requested for a quote last Saturday and he made an appointment upcoming Tuesday for me, the soonest day I was able to find among other auto service centers. Someone smashed our side window the night before and after calling our insurance, we were told no one would be able to help us until later next week. Thankfully, my sister recommended Tee’s Autoglass and he did NOT disappoint! He let me know what time he would be available (the exact same day) and came within that time frame. On my way home from a vacation, a rock flew up and cracked my windshield. I was so disappointed because my car’s windshield has the rain sensor built into it, making replacement expensive. I was tempted to go with the large national chain, but Tee’s was close by and had so many 5 star reviews. I thought “hey I’ll buy local” and messaged. He made an appointment for me for noon the next day — I was on the road with a new windshield an hour after arriving. The new windshield is great and cost me half of what I had been charged to replace it before. I will recommend Tee’s to everyone I know!

This place is AWESOME. My car tail light cover was shattered when I was on vacation and I came back frantic looking for a way to replace it. I came upon Tee’s Auto Glass not even knowing if he could replace it and he was able to order the parts asap and get me in by appointment. He was extremely quick the process took about 30 minutes and was extremely communicative throughout the entire week to update me on my parts getting delivered to contacting me day of appointment. Tee’s Auto Glass came the next day and fixed my window. I was anxious and nervous about my car window but Thanks to Tee’s Auto Glass, came and resolved the situation. Great friendly service.
