Just want to pile on to all of the other 5-star reviews here. Found the Windshield guys through my insurance company and got a call fairly quickly to setup an appointment only a few days out. Brad was willing to come to my location for the repair and despite no indication of rain in the forecast initially, a front was moving in when he showed up. No problem! Brad asked if it was OK for him to work on my vehicle in the garage and I was happy to oblige. Most shops would've just canceled and rescheduled. I appreciate the flexibility, the solid repair work, and the professionalism throughout the entire process. Will definitely get future business from me!

Great experience with this company. I wanted to support local instead of using one of the big, national corporate companies to replace my windshield after a rock made a big crack. Brad was quick to respond, find the best price for the replacement, to the reigns on sending in a claim to my insurance, and was able to fit me in his schedule within in the next few days. Install was great, he came to my work and took care of it mobile without me needing to really be there. Even after the install, my windshield wipers weren't working correctly (no fault to Brad, more so my car's poor design) and he came within hours to reset the wipers and get them working again. I have AMFAM and their preferred glass company is Safelite. I got a cracked windshield while on vacation. I went with Safelite until I checked Google reviews and the were horrendous in Eden Prairie, Burnsville and Lakeville. Then I found “The Windshield Guys” with all 5star reviews on Google and thought that takes some serious customer service Skills. Late in the evening I called the number to leave a message to contact me and Brad picked up and said he would call AMFAM on my behalf and get me switched from crappy Safelite to him and no hassle. He even came to my home to do the job and was done in 3.5 hours. Satellite says I had to come to them and sit or four hours. The job was great!!! Thanks Brad!

Brad at Novus was absolutely fantastic. We had a cracked windshield, and were looking looking a local company to help navigate insurance company questions and get the job done. Brad with Novus Glass was amazing. He was on time, professional, able to work with my with schedule and was able to fit me in when others would have taken days. My car was broken into and I had glass everywhere. I hadn't yet made it to the vacuming yet before he came to fix my window. By the time he left I had no glass on my car floor, seats etc! I had to get my windshield replaced as soon as possible. I made a call to Novus Glass and they were able to give me a date, time and price right away. I liked the fact that they wanted my address in text and when I sent it they replied fast, it was great. The guy who helped me had to do some extra work on my car In order to replace the new windshield but they didn’t charged me more than what they had told me when I called. I’m Beyond amazed by their professional work and customer service. Highly recommend Novus Glass.

Brad has helped me twice and both times were amazing experiences. This last time I was worried my crack was going to keep expanding but needed my car over the weekend, so he squeezed me in on a late Friday afternoon (I’m very apprehensive of that!), did it right in my garage, and had me on my way. I also feel bad/didn’t think about the fact I had dog hair on my dashboard, but that was all cleaned off when he was done as well. I would highly recommend Novus to anyone for flawless work and even better service.

These guys are the best and make windshield replacement very simple. I called and talked to Brad and he walked me through everything. He called my insurance company on a conference call and we went through the steps together to file a claim. My insurance covered everything. It’s nice to know there are still businesses that offer a personable customer service experience. From start to finish this was one of the most seamless and smooth transactions I've ever had. Brad was by my side while dealing with the insurance company which was also super helpful. I had a short window where I didn't need my truck.. he came to where I was and replaced the windshield and in about an hour I was ready to get back to work. I would HIGHLY recommend The Windshield Guys for all your windshield needs! I will definitely be calling Brad again for my other windshields!
