On Mother’s Day, while driving on I-90 a service truck threw a huge rock at my windshield. Since then it has continued to spider web. We called and they were able to squeeze us in the very next day. We were traveling from Sioux Falls to Rochester for an appointment at Mayo and picked up a rock chip that was right in the drivers view and wanted to get it replaced in Rochester if possible. I called on a Monday morning and talked to one of the son's. Later on Mark called me back and he walked me through the insurance call and scheduled our appointment. On Wednesday morning, they picked up my car from where my husband parked it and brought it back to the same place later that day when it was done. So happy with the results. Great customer service!
