Amazing business. I called and Mike made the whole process super easy. All I had to do was call my insurance and Premier Auto Glass confirmed my appointment time. When I came to my appointment they got right to work and kept me informed as to what was going on. Two days ago my windshield was hit by a golf ball and it spiderwebbed down the passenger side. Today I have a nice new windshield that came with great service. I highly recommend their shop.

Had the displeasure of meeting Cory when he backed into our vehicle at a dealership, which he admitted to being distracted and not looking as he reversed. He seemed nice and offered to pay for the damages since he worked with the dealerships a lot, but as soon as the bill came he ghosted our messages and haven't heard from him since. Scummy behavior from someone driving with a branded vehicle.

I needed a new windshield and didn't know where to look for my older Honda. I took a chance on Premier after searching Google and couldn't be happier! They were very reasonable and came to my home to do the replacement only a day after ordering the windshield. Highly professional and very thorough work. Recommended to anyone else who might be hesitant to take a chance! They are great!

Quality service yet beyond quick!! Pulled right in and before you know it, my windshield was not only fixed but Cory already had the insurance on the line. I would never take any of my vehicle's any where else premier Auto Glass is the best in the midwest. They are very polite and will ask if you need a ride and will do what ever it takes to make there customers number 1. Don't know of any other place that will go out of their way to help would recommend to everyone.

Highly unprofessional. Their location is a group of shacks that is difficult to find. Once I found it I did not feel like safe secure location to be or park. Desclosure: I was not a customer so I can not speak on their quality of work, but would not feel comfortable sending cc information.

Curbside service with a smile. Friendly faces, impeccable repair, speedy delivery, fair price. Called as I was driving into Rochester and fit me in immediately. 15 minutes later, my windshield was flawless. Heard of Premier through a referral and will definitely pass the word.
