Little Bob's Auto Body Center & Ez Auto Glass

I am posting this on behalf of my father: Little Bob's Auto Body Repair is the best of the best. I have brought in 2 cars for total of 3 repairs. The 1st involved major body damage to our Suburban (insurance estimate around $11,000). When he completed the work, it looked like a new car and it was done in a timely fashion. The other 2 repairs represented much lesser body damage from striking objects while backing up. It was obvious that Bob was cognizant of the expense and the charges have been very reasonable for the work done. He returned my Yukon to normal each time, finishing the work in about one day. I was so pleased with his work this last time that I offered him a 20% tip; however, he refused the tip and told me he was happy to do the work. I scraped bumpers with someone in a local car wash (not my fault). To make it right, they sent me up to Bob's. I could not tell you about pricing, but Bob and his crew took care of me from day one. They accomodated my schedule for all phases of the repair (estimate, repair, etc). Bob had a loaner car ready for me to drive while they repaired my vehicle. Shortly after having the work done on my front bumper, I started to get false indications from my proximity (parking) sensors. I was not sure if it had anything to to do with the recent repair. I called his shop and he took it in to take a look at it. Again, he had a loaner ready for me. After cleaning the paint off the sensors, which usually is not an issue with these sensors, the system worked flawlessly. I cannot recommend Bob's Auto enough. If I have any other body shop needs, I will not hesitate to bring it to him.

While driving around in all of the rain we've been getting in Rochester, I noticed that the seal above my driver's side door had began to leak. I took it over to Little Bob's Auto Body Center. Bob was very friendly and had one of his technicians take my car for a quick test drive. Before I knew it the car was fixed! The best part? He didn't even charge me! Turns out the top corner of the door had just been pryed away from the body of the car just enough that was allowing water into the car. The technician just fixed the problem, handed me my keys, and told me to have a nice day! If I had taken it anywhere else, I probably would've had to open up my wallet before they even looked at it. I was a college student who needed a cheap car because I hit a patch of black ice and totaled my previous car. Bought a 1995 Chevy Lumina in March 2017 for $1000. Told me there weren't any big issues with it other than the battery, which I replaced. Had it checked out and the rear axle is rusted out and falling apart. Mechanic said someone had been working on it and it is no longer safe to drive. Had to scrap the car. He sold me a car that was dangerous to drive and told me nothing about the rusted out axle. He basically cheated me out of $1000. I wouldn't ever touch anything from them again.

I had an AMAZING experience with Bob and his crew. I went all over Rochester, MN to find someone to help get rid of a rust spot on my car and they denied me or asked for way too much money. Then I went to Bob’s and he gave me a great estimate and I was able to bring my car in at my own convenience . He went out of his way and did more research and found a better part that would do better for my car and last longer. The professionalism that he showed me was phenomenal and the price was amazing and affordable. I highly recommend anyone that needs body work done on their car to check out Bob’s.

I have been going to Little Bob's for all my auto body needs for over 15 years now, including 2 fairly major fixes and several minor items. They have always done quality work at a fair price, and I won't consider going elsewhere. Just today, I took in my 2006 Prius. Two parts of a fender were not lined up. Bob pointed out a minor dent which likely caused one of the fender parts to shift. He pulled it into the shop and fixed it in about 30 minutes, at no charge since I was a regular customer. Like I said, I won't go any place else for my auto body needs!

The shop was recommended by co-workers so right away I was confident to give them a try. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of work. Even when I asked for some tweaking on a joint they had no objections to give it a try and even noticed some secondary body and headlight adjustment that was not part of the original repair job. They made the minor adjustment and did the additional work at no extra charge. I am very satisfied with their service, quality of work and prices. I will readily recommend the Auto Body shop to all my friends.

Little Bob's Auto Body Center was extremely helpful and kind to me and my family. I am completely in debt to Bob and the team for their good natured, positive helpfulness and thoroughness. He not only delivered the work as promised, he shopped around for a good price (1/2 what a dealer would have cost) to fix up my Ford Escape so that it was cost effective for me. They even returned the SUV cleaned inside and out! Bob and his team wanted to make sure that my vehicle was safe and that it would last for my daughter and I. Thank you so much!

I was traveling to Rochester from North Dakota when my moon roof exploded. I needed something in place of the window until I got home in the dead of winter. Bob was creative and gave a great bandaid to get me home. He even took us to our appointment and picked me after. He was very professional and was reasonably priced. I needed my passenger side mirror and rear driver side vent window put in, so I called Little Bobs and Bob gave me a quote on the work needed, cheapest I could find in Rochester. They have exceptional service! Bob is a great and down to earth guy and the workers their are friendly, fast, and hard workers. I would recommend Little Bobs. I am very satisfied with my service.
