By far the most disrespectful experience I have had in my entire life. I cracked my windshield and was sent here through my insurance @ State Farm. When they replaced my windshield they broke both sides of my molding along with the clips & was told by the “supervisor” that what they broke was not fixable and they do not replace those parts. Next day driving to work my windshield started leaking and air was storming in and I had to deal with this until they could get me onto the schedule ( this was during a very rainy week) . when I called the management after a long hassle I was able to get them to schedule a day to replace the molding (10days) and was given a loan vehicle by one of the employees to use to go to work until the vehicle repair is finished , to only be threatened to get the cops called on by the lady who owns the shop due to miscommunication from the employees. Not sure if they are just plain racist or disrespectful but I do not recommend any hard working & self respecting individual to go through this businesss. From breaking parts and not taking immediate responsibility to profiling and disregarding a persons livelihood I recommend somewhere more reputable.

We had City Auto Glass replace the windshield in our 2014 Impala. They did a good job replacing the glass, no leaks or whistling noise, which I'm happy about. The Impala has a camera for the lane departure system attached to the glass with the rear view mirror. They did not reassemble this correctly. The rear view mirror was wobbly because they didn't tighten the screw completely and the camera system fell apart when I was driving. They had used blue painters tape to keep the camera inside the plastic housing because they couldn't get the camera back into the factory clips. I asked them to come back and fix it, which they promptly did the next day. Unfortunately this time they used black duct tape to keep the camera together. The assembly hasn't fallen apart like when they used the painter tape, but it would have been nice if they fixed it correctly instead of trying to use duct tape on it and hope it doesn't come apart again. Update: Shortly after this review was posted. They offered to fix the camera system. They were able to fix the camera correctly this time and it has been working great since then.

I have used this locally owned business since 1994 for all of my windshield needs. As a business traveler I have needed City Auto Glass throughout the years. The professionalism and quality have always amazed me. They are very thorough and do a great job. It is apparent that the proper training has been in place. The service techs have always been very careful on the installs and have done a great job cleaning up. They also helped me out when I had a leak in my vehicle and had no clue where it was coming from. I drove to the shop and the tech was very good about explaining what he was checking for and fixed the problem at the same time. When a rock chipped my windshield in my brand new Honda (never had that happen before), I immediately went into my local dealership and was told, unfortunately that could not help me because of all the computer info that is located in my rear view mirror which is attached to the windshield. I’d have to go to one of the auto glass shops. I had only one experience with City Auto Glass years before for some minor repairs and I remember being impressed by their staff and ownership. My cracked windshield was replaced in one business day, in fact, I got a call the next morning after I had dropped my car off telling me the glass had been replaced and the car was ready to go, that was about eight hours earlier than I expected! City Auto Glass is the best.

Fantastic experience with City Auto Glass of Rochester! I stopped by during my lunch hour, simply thinking I'd check to see if I could have them look at my truck & schedule an appointment. Leon (I hope I got his name correct) came out to look & asked me if I had 30-40 minutes to spare ... he could get my truck in and repaired immediately. I don't think I waited even 30 minutes and the chip in my windshield was taken care of. I couldn't be happier, and would recommend to anyone ... A+ rating!! City Auto Glass replaced the heated windshield of my 2021 Subaru Outback this week. The shop provided exceptional customer care and technical work. Because of the Subaru Eyesight lane tracking system, the work was done in shop. The technician recalibrated the Eyesight system. He even salvaged my Minnesota and South Dakota state park windshield stickers. The staff of City Auto Glass, both in the office and in the shop, impressed me. The company runs a professional operation and does superb work.

City auto glass replaced a windshield on a company vehicle, they came right to us and was done before I knew it. A few months later I thought I needed my drivers side window replaced, turns out it could be repaired without replacing saving me a lot of money. Not only that, I told them I was busy with meetings most of the day and didn’t know if I could get back to pick my car in time so they dropped it off to me! I give five stars based on honesty, promptness and customer service.

The man who installed my windshield was very knowledgeable. He explained about my car being a little rusty around the windshield it might have to be repaired first. He was able to do the windshield without extra repair. He was great. Washed my dash also. The windshield is so clear and bright. I would recommend them.was done through my insurance company I didn't have to do anything after I notified my insurance and called for them to come do the job

Excellent service! They stand behind their work. I had trouble with a sensor built into the new windshield that affected my climate control which is an unusual and rare issue. They sent the tech back out immediately, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the windshield with a new OEM windshield that solved the problem.
