Safelite AutoGlass

I had a great experience with this glass shop. I was on a road trip this past July, from Wisconsin to Montana, and I had only been driving for 5 or so hours when the hood of my car released at 70 mph; flying back and shattering my windshield. This happened on Thursday, July 3rd. Most shops were closed for the weekend, however, this shop could replace my windshield on Saturday the 5th. Which at this point sounded like a great option. After being towed to the shop, arriving around 4 when they close at 5, I was told that they would be able to replace my windshield there on the spot. The incident occurred around 2:30, and I was back on the road by 6. Sure, a lot of luck was on my side, but it also helped to have two professional and caring workers at the shop. I wanted to leave a review on my technician, Gene Taylor, from Owatonna, MN. Gene did an unbelievably good job! He was dispatched to my car for repairing a crack, and he was on time and friendly. He told me that, based on his experience, the crack could not be repaired and I needed a new windshield. He rescheduled my appointment right on the spot! He was clearly very knowledgable, and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. When he returned for the follow-up appointment, he called ahead of time to let me know that he would be running late. He was very considerate of my time, and if I needed to go anywhere. He did a fantastic job with the install and was incredibly professional and genuine. Great job!

No idea who the technician was. He mentioned that he was a mobile tech that was covering the shop at the time. My car got broken into that day, and no Safelite around had the right window that day. I pulled up 15 minutes before close and this gent not only crash-wrapped my car, but also vacuumed the broken glass out of the car for me. This guy was a bright spot that day, and I can't speak enough how much that service meant to me. Thanks! And I hope this gets to that guy!

I had an outstanding experience with Joe Pustovar at the Owatonna location for my windshield repair. His expertise and professionalism was top-notch. He explained the repair process thoroughly and efficiently fixed the crack, leaving my windshield looking flawless. Joe provided exceptional customer service, being punctual, courteous, and attentive. I highly recommend services for anyone seeking reliable and high-quality windshield repairs.

Safelite owatonna tech replaced my parents windshield. After the tech was done he didn't reconnect the hoses for the washer fluid line. When my Dad tried to wash his window the fluid would dump on the engine bay and then to ground. I tried to call customer service but trying to get a live agent is absolutely horrendous. Do not use this company. Use a local family owned company instead like Polzin or Tom's Pro Glass.

I was real pleased with the service I received. I was able to schedule my appointment online for the very next morning, I showed up 20 mins early and they got me in right away and the staff was real friendly. Service took a little over and hour start to finish and there was a Keurig with different coffee options while I waited would definitely come back if I ever need glass service in the future.

Had windshield replaced ,super friendly and professional ,found all the mistakes in last windshield repair after we bought our 4runner and windshield cracked .. and the cut wires to heated windshield someone had wrecked by putting in last windshield before it and before we bought it .. awesome work ,quick and precise very pro rated ,Great Work ,Thx !!

Took car to get side window fixed and they broke clips on the speaker in the door, they wouldn't take the responsibility that they did it, that's funny because my radio worked just fine before i took my car to them, now it's going to cost me $400 to get it fixed.I would not recommend safelite glass to anyone, they have amateurs working there.

Had a great experience with Safelite! My windshield had a nasty crack, and they got me scheduled quickly. The service tech arrived on time, was super friendly, and got the job done fast.
