Visited with owner, jointly discussing damage with insurance co. via phone. J-Rocks Rocks! I am so happy! Had my hood fly up and broke my windshield. Everywhere was booked pretty solid for 2 weeks. I’m laid off from my last job, and not having a vehicle makes this really hard. These guys were able to get me in next day for a new windshield and even put me first in the job line up so I could get to my interview an hour away! Not only that, Devon my repairman, quick courteous and good at his job. Even found some places to do preventative maintenance when putting in my window to prevent future issues! And the office staff was fabulous also! They held my appointment even though we were having insurance issues! I don’t often write reviews, but these guys deserve it! 100% will recommend and do Buisness again! Thanks so much!

Wow! Good work, cheapest in town (by about $40 for my windshield replacement) and there's no bs. I called in, a nice guy (rather than a machine) immediately responded and gave me the final price with everything included. He came over to the apartment the next day, finished the work in 35 min, and even threw in new wipers for free! The job looks great with no glue or other flaws anywhere that I can find. Thanks!

Excellent staff, service, and repair work with this company. They did work on my floral delivery van which I couldnt afford to be without. Fast, easy, and they did go the extra mile for this new customer. I was referred by another business, and will definitely refer anyone needing auto glass to J-Rocks. I needed a windshield replaced on my semi. Called around and J-Rocks were the cheapest by a few hundred dollars. They were fast & efficient and super friendly. My truck also had battery issues and it wouldn’t start after they were done replacing the windshield. They were kind enough to give me a jump to get me back on the road. 5 star customer service and quality and lowest price.

Excellent experience with J-Rocks. John and his staff are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I hung out at the shop while they quickly replaced the windshield and re-calibrated my cars cameras/sensors. I had bought my car used about a year ago and I was blown away by the improvement of the lane-keep assist and adaptive cruise performance after being properly re-calibrated.

We really enjoyed our service with JRocks. The owner was professional, dependable and seemed to take great care and precision with his work. We also really appreciated the flexibility and convenience of his service! He worked with our schedule and got the job done efficiently. Lastly, the price was great! We couldn't be happier, and will definitely call him back again!

It was arranged by the dealership, Jrock got in touch with me same day. Setup a time they came to my house and installed it. It was amazing. About 4 days later I got a crack, set a picture and some minor details. They came out and just we will take care of it. J-rocks employees are really nice, understanding and helpful. You get great service from the minute they answer the phone until your glass has been replaced. I had to repair my window 2 times in under 5 weeks and they helped me as much as they could. John is awesome and also unserstanding making sure to give great customer service and went above and beyond for me!
