My windshield seal flew off during that week of excessive windchill advisories and my husband I could didn’t want to try and glue the seal back on because we were worried about chipping the glass. I had called around to get an estimate, I was told from a larger twin cities company that I might need a complete new windshield and lane departure warning reconfiguration which was quoted at over $1000. A google search led me to Shannon Auto Glass and after reading the reviews, I felt like I could trust this shop and gave them a call. I drive past this shop every week and never gave it a second thought or hardly saw it as I was zooming by on the highway. Like most people, my thoughts automatically go to some larger company. I’m so glad I found this place because Shannon aka Shorty is the sweetest guy ever. He re-glued my windshield seal at zero cost and refused a tip until I insisted, which he gave to his service tech. The office building felt cozy , welcoming and comfortable. The service was quick and wonderful. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would put my trust in them for future services, as needed. Don’t hesitate to call Shorty for glass work .

I had Shannon Auto Glass replace the windshields in both my '05 MR2 Spyder and my '06 Miata. I had one done in their shop and one done at my house. They have a nice little lounge with free WiFi, etc. for service-as-you-wait, and they also let me see the windshields before installing them (they chose good glass from reputable OE manufacturers without me asking for it), and the price was lower than anywhere else that quoted me by a couple hundred dollars. They were friendly, professional, and respectful of my time and property. Thanks guys! As an aside, Google didn't take me directly to their shop for some reason but instead to a spot a few blocks South of their actual location, causing me to be late for my appointment. I could not have asked for a better experience than I recently had at Shannon Auto Glass. A few weeks ago someone broke into my car and 1 window was shattered. When my insurance provider could not find a shop that could replace my window the next day I was fortunate enough to find Shannon Auto Glass. They not only replaced my window, but they went above and beyond by giving my first class customer service. They were very friendly and accommodating. They even offered to track down a new replacement trim piece that was scratched during the theft and damage to my car. I highly recommend Shannon Auto Glass! You won't be disappointed.

I had some deep scratches in the windshield of a used car I just bought. at the recommendation of Newport Collision, I went to Shannon Glass. The scratches were to deep for repair, so through my insurance company they were able to replace it. The replacement had some distortions right in my line of sight, going back they took one look and ordered a replacement. They came right to my job for both installs. The technician was very professional and left the car looking like it had never been touched. The replacement is excellent. I would not have a problem recommending Shannon Glass for any future glass replacement needs.

Highly recommend. We own a business that does deliveries so we have been through a lot of windshields and Shannon Glass is our go-to for this service. They deal directly with our insurance company and come to wherever the vehicle in need of glass is. We can even (if we dare) leave the vehicle unlocked and the technician will change the glass and lock the vehicle when they are done if we can't be there. We have used Shannon Glass since the 1990's and they have never given us a reason to change to a different company.

I was running all over town for quotes to replace my windshield. Quoted 5,000 to 2,000. When I felt all hope was lost I met Shorty who was very knowledgeable about my insurance and was able to not only talk with them but it costed me 0.00 for it to get fixed. I CANNOT stress this enough on how they were quick and easy to work with. SHORTY, thanks so much for all the help, and making it as stress free as possible. Absolutely the best experience! They were extremely quick to get me in (next day). They were courteous before and during the replacement. Thorough in explaining what I could and could not do. AND they noticed my tires were low, filled them up and and recommended I get my battery checked. Shannon Auto Glass went above and beyond. Shannon Autoglass was top notch! They were able to get me scheduled & provide a quote super easy. When I went in person to have my windshield replaced their waiting area was very comfortable with Wifi and complementary snacks and beverages. The employees were extremely personable and caring. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I have the misfortune of another windshield crack.

I went there because I saw they had a full 5-star rating for windshield repair. Unfortunately, after I left, I noticed a few very small cracks still remained. I called and spoke with Jennifer and Shorty — they were both great. They assured me that if any issues come up related to those tiny cracks, I can come back and they'll take care of it. I recommend this place to everyone!

They replaced my keep windshield with the correct jeep windshield so I didn’t lose the ee embedded in it, not some cheep aftermarket glass. They were very professional and thanked me several times for choosing them.
