Paid a bit more than I wanted but if I had a huge problem with it I wouldn't have brought my vehicle to them to get the windshield replaced. They were booked for two days when I brought my truck in but still squeezed me in and actually got it done right away the next morning. Great quality, great people and overall great service. I just got my windshield replaced yesterday. This was for a glass claim through insurance. These guys were super fast, super friendly and did such an amazing job! And they even came to my house and were able to get me in for this two days early. I am all around, pleased with my experience. I have gone through them before, but it was for a windshield repair and that was also a fast service. I highly recommend Mike Nelson‘s auto glass!

I called at least 40 different glass companies, I explained the situation to each, commercial vehicle hit Turkey, caved in drivers side windshield, truck down. Mike Nelson Auto Glass listened and said he would get there asap. All others said either a hard no or we can schedule later that week. I would recommend Mike's Auto Glass for your glass needs and will use him again when the needed.

Mike Nelson's Auto Glass was SO helpful!👍 I had been having a problem with my rear view mirror not staying attached, and when they looked at it, they saw that my windshield was actually cracked there at the attachment point. It was a really easy process to have the windshield of our truck replaced. We called Jen at Mike Nelson’s auto where she help get us in touch with our insurance company to give authorization for the work and they were able to take care of the rest the next day. We dropped it off with them and just a few hours later the truck was ready.

Got my windshield replaced. Exactly what I wanted. Was able to drop my car off and pay at what I consider after hours 5pm. They use the same receptionist as a tanning place. Very convenient for working a normal 8-5 job. Cheaper then my safelite quote also by 60$

Fast and friendly. Dropped our car off on the weekend as the windshield replacement needed to be done in the shop due to cold temps. We left the keys with the tanning place in the same building. They got right on it Monday morning, and called us by 9:30.

They were prompt and clean. I had no hassles with no part of it . I did not have glass coverage and the price was decent. I have had them put in 3 windshields in 3 different vehicles this year. Never had a problem.

Mike has replaced my windshield twice now, and both times the whole process was painless and the end job was wonderful! Jen also makes it so easy to work with insurance companies when making a claim!
