Only 1 Auto Glass

I called three businesses; one couldn't repair the window for two days and the other put me on hold forever while they worked on an estimate. Only 1 Auto Glass was really responsive, had an estimate within minutes while I was on the phone, sent a tech out within an hour, AND charged less than the second company - they got back to me with an estimate just as the Only 1 truck pulled into my drive! The window was replaced in under an hour and works perfectly. The tech was professional and friendly, and double checked the window function before handing me back my keys. It is clear that customer service truly matters to this company and I highly recommend them, without reservation.

I needed a new windshield, I had a bigger Rock fly up and crack it . I called Only 1 Auto Glass @ the end of the day on Tuesday , they helped me with my insurance and setting up an appointment for Thursday morning to come right to my house. Bryant ( the windshield installer) called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was very kind and professional. It didn't take him very long at all .. I vacuumed my bedroom and stairs and he knocked on the door letting me know he was finished.. I walked outside with him and then he gave me care instructions for my windshield. Only 1 Auto Glass installed a new windshield for me this morning and I couldn’t be happier, or more impressed, with them! They really went the extra mile in accommodating my schedule after a different company let me down. When they didn’t have an available tech to come to my location within my time constraints, they offered to come and get my car so that the work could be done in their shop. The owner himself came to get it! It was returned in a very timely manner with a beautiful new windshield by the General Manager. I love this company! They truly know the meaning of customer service. It’s always about the recovery process when something goes wrong. I had a large stone crack my windshield recently. In talking with my agent about the repair, he suggested A-1. Easy to set an appointment. With the type of car I had, I needed to go to one of their shops to recalibrate the sensors. I arrived as scheduled and work was promised to be done in 60-90 minutes while I waited. 62 minutes later I’m out the door. Technician was great and thorough. (I was watching him calibrate it as I was interested in how it’s done.) Hopefully, this doesn’t happen again. But if so, I know a place and they deliver as promised.

I went in to get a busted out window replaced, which they did a great job on. However, the car wouldn’t start when I went to leave. They didn’t leave me stranded, but got out cables to jumpstart it for me. Unfortunately, that didn’t work so they said they would replace the battery for me if I bought a new battery. Since it was late, the told me to leave it overnight and gave me a loaner car to use for free! The next morning they replaced my battery for free too. I was more than grateful. They are the best!!!

After a very unfortunate incident, I was scrambling to find a company to fix my broken windshield. After calling numerous places and being told at a minimum it would 3-5 days, I found Only 1. They were able to schedule an appt for the next day and added me to the list for the same day in case there was a cancelation. They were there first thing in the morning and had everything done and wrapped up in under an hour. So incredibly thankful to have found them and able to safely drive my car again!

Everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. I filled out the online form and someone called me back within an hour to schedule an appointment. They came out to my car while I was at the office 2 days later and replaced my windshield with barely any disruption in my workday. I shattered my back window today. My insurance sent me to Only One Auto Glass and they were quick, kind and did a fantastic job at figuring out why my trunk didn’t want to close or open. They did all sorts of troubleshooting until they figured it out. They were super kind and explained things to me really well. They were also very quick at getting the job done. Had never been to this place before but I would highly recommend them!

My State Farm agent referred me to Only 1 Auto Glass when I reached out to them about another mobile company being out 10 days. Only 1 Auto Glass had me scheduled the next day and came to my workplace for the repair! The tech communicated well, was friendly, gave detailed explanations and was very quick! My window was repaired in less than 24-hours from calling to make the appointment - exceptional customer service!

Super fast service! Kurt came to my work, grabbed my keys, let me know he'd have to take a test drive to make sure everything was recalibrated correctly. From start to finish I don't think it took him a full hour to replace the windshield, recalibrate, test drive and return my keys. Definitely recommend!
