City Auto Glass (next door to Good Year)

I got a small rock chip in the windshield of my 2 week old Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not wanting it to turn into something larger, I called these guys to have it repaired. Unfortunately the chip repair was "unsuccessful", meaning the chip cracked out and became larger when they tried to fill it and my only option became replacing the windshield on my brand new vehicle. At no point was the risk of this happening communicated to me or my wife during the repair process. My goal was to preserve my factory installed seal and glass, but the result was the opposite. This risk should be clearly explained to the customer. Otherwise, the employees were polite, professional, and on time.

Friendly greeting, my vehicle was immediately brought into the shop & work started. mr. Holty replaced my windshield was very professional. Work completed an hour prior to estimate that was made in my initial phone contact to City Glass. Any items that were needed to be disconnected all worked properly once the work was done. Initially told over the phone they’d need to recalibrate my vehicle camera, which worked fine once work done. Was a very cold below zero morning when I brought my vehicle in. I’m so thankful we used City Auto glass for our windshield replacement! I had begun working with our insurance company to work on the claim but it was becoming a hassle. Called City auto glass and it was smooth sailing! They could get me in right away, were super professional and especially speedy. I just got my windshield replaced last week at another place and paid my deductible which was expensive. We have used City Auto Glass several times for the reasons that they do great work, use really good glass, are fast and on time. Our Transit van has a large windshield so they sent a crew if two to replace ut. They were scheduled to ve there vetween 8 am and 4 pm. I noticed their van in the driveway at about 8:30 and sure enough, they were already done! My wife stepped out and they handed her the receipt! I had a glass guy I trusted that retired. I was hesitant to try a new company, and one suggested by my insurance company.
