A Google search brought us to Lucken Auto Glass, we called & left a message for a quote. We called around to many places. Most were either booked out till the next week or the quoted price was almost 3x the average price. Lucken was able to fit us in the next day & at a very reasonable price. The next day they arrived, were very professional & friendly. They did quick work of my windshield replacement 30-45 minutes he said. It was a slow morning so I stuck around to watch Andy - the Twin Cities metro auto glass maestro perform his magic restoring my Honda Fit to perfect road worthiness. Andy and his team at Lucken Auto Glass provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. I had a crack in my windshield that was growing larger each day and wasn't sure when I'd have the time to take it in to get replaced. With Lucken the process was quick and effortless. Andy even showed up at my place of work and replaced my windshield right there in the parking lot! I didn't need to schedule an appointment and my work day wasn't interrupted at all. They will go the extra mile to provide excellent service and as a busy working mom, I couldn't have appreciated it more.

One of my car windows was smashed in and because I was positive the deductible wouldn't be covered by my insurance, I called Lucken prepared to pay out of pocket. I spoke to Lou, who called my insurance provider with me in case glass was covered. It was, which was a huge relief. I so appreciated her going the extra mile for me. Gary drove out to me to fix my window, it was quick, easy, and he was very kind and professional. What I thought was going to be a stressful pain in the neck had turned out to be an easy and pleasant experience and that is because of Lucken.

I met Wade through networking, and had the opportunity to become acquainted with Lucken Auto Glass. Unfortunately, I was driving to work when I truck hit some rocks on Highway 65, one thing led to another, and I needed their services. Wade was quick to respond, Diana was super helpful and friendly, and the guys did a great job and were really friendly as well. All in all it was a great experience, and they were able to come to my shop and replace my windshield for me, along with providing recalibration services for my safety features.

I have called this place more than my own mother. Lol! The staff that I always talk to is very friendly, kind, courteous and always calls me back. We call led over the weekend when they were closed. A tree landed on our car from the storms a while back. And she said "we will be there Monday morning as soon as we grab the window and absolutely they were. A call from both the technician and the secretary morning before i even got out of bed! After that amazing prompt service and the awesome price, I won't go anywhere else. A+++

After receiving quotes for a windshield replacement for 5 days to 2 weeks out from other companies, Lucken really pulled through. Came to our home same day within 2 hours of me calling. The install (which was for our fully cracked windshield on our family van) took hardly any time at all and the installer was great (I regretfully didn’t get his first name, but he was AL on the invoice). They handled everything with insurance too. I’ll be recommending them for sure!

Lou with Lucken was incredibly helpful throughout the process of figuring things out. This company as a whole was a delight to work with. Service was speedy and thorough. Lucken Auto Glass has been wonderful. I've had to use them twice in the last year to get my windshield replaced and the process was so smooth. The best auto glass company. Stands behind all his work. The part I enjoy most is that he helps with insurance claims and being on the phone with representatives from start to finish. This nice part about his service is that I can still be at work, my kids karate or home. Andy will come out and takes care of my windshield without me canceling my appointments in my busy schedule.
