Second time used this company this year. Cannot be more satisfied of the service received during all the steps of the process. First time service was through the Audi dealership because is the company which replaces the windshield for this motor group dealerships here in Minnesota. Everything was just perfect. Easy from beginning to end. Quality service, zero complaints or flaws. The vehicle looked as brand new again. Second time, they worked on another vehicle, a Toyota, and the service was as good as it gets. From the initial quote, follow up, schedule and the technician interactions (Carl) I cannot ask for a better service. The new windshield replacement looks as good as the original. Highly recommended company for his customer service and quality delivery without any hesitation.

I had my windshield replaced by John at the Lupient GMC location on 394 and Louisiana. I dropped it off and John called me when it was done. I scheduled the times for pickup and dropoff and it was ready earlier than I requested. They were able to replace my windshield with OEM glass! They also re-calibrated my safety features. I used Safelite for my last window replacement and I thought they were ok, but TCAG was better and I will use them from now on (Safelite did not replace my windshield with OEM glass when I used them previously). John was great. He gave me his cell phone number and said to call him anytime. I had the pleasure of working with Carl from Twin City Glass for my windshield replacement, and his professionalism and expertise were outstanding. He arrived ahead of schedule and took the initiative to confirm the appointment, demonstrating excellent communication and reliability. Remarkably, he completed the installation in half the estimated time without compromising quality. Having relied on Twin City Glass for multiple services, including chip repairs, I can confidently attest to their consistent excellence. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of glass services and will continue to trust them with all of my vehicles in the future.

I was able to schedule and pay for my glass replacement over the phone without any problems. The person who setup the appointment and collected payment was friendly and helpful. The day of install, I dropped off my car at the dealer service lot and the installer completed the replacement while I waited. The total time was about an hour. While the service was more expensive than some competitors, I feel like they did a better job and they used OEM quality glass (PGW was installed on my vehicle). Overall I would recommend Twin City Auto Glass if you need glass replaced on your vehicle.

Not a single issue during the entire process getting my passenger side window replaced. The phone call process was seamless and easy to understand. They followed up with a text message and offered an email as well with the appointment details, and sent a helpful reminder around the time the appointment began. The repair team was quick, efficient, and they even helped to sweep up some leftover debris from the broken glass inside my car, all while being nice, respectful, and frankly quite gentle. 10/10, will be sure to come back for any of my auto glass issues.

- Longer service window than was told. - Poor communication as I had to call them to check up on scheduled service date. They made no attempt to confirm anything until the day before service which was already two weeks late. - I have full glass insurance and was told I would not be paying out of pocket which I ended up doing. Had I been told the truth about using this company and all of the above from the person who I spoke with I would have gone somewhere else and not been furious about their misleading and very poor service.

Well because of some technical errors they lost my appointment in the system which didn't sit well with me. But talking to the rep on the phone (who was very nice, helpful, and apologetic), the technician was able to rush over to the site (also very kind and apologetic about the mistake) and complete my work order within 1 hour. They quoted me 2-3 hours for the job so it really turned out in my favor. I appreciate Twin Cities Auto Glass for their excellent customer service and went above and beyond to remedy the mishap.

I had the greatest experience with my windshield replacement. I received a call about an hour before the appointment letting me know exactly where to go and that I was welcome to arrive early. When I arrived, my technician greeted me in person. I waited just over an hour and when he came in, he had not only replaced my windshield but also used a magic eraser to get a mark off the top of my van where the baseball hit first. I was so appreciative. It was truly the greatest experience. Thank you!!

My experience with TC Auto Glass was too notch from start to finish. Insurance claim and scheduling was easy with office staff over the phone. The installer (Jason?) came to my house on time, was friendly, and completed my windshield replacement (including recalibration of lane keeping systems) in about an hour. His work was clean and the result is flawless. I’d absolutely recommend TCAG over any competitor.

They went above and beyond my expectations. Extremely courteous, kind, and explained everything very well. My windshield repair took less time than expected and they worked with me to communicate with a third party landscaping business who paid the bill after one of their trucks caused the damage to my windshield. Top notch professionalism and would recommend to anyone. Also beat Safelites quote by $350
