Zenith Auto Glass

Zenith was a lifesaver for me this winter. I'd gone hiking and when I came back, my car window was smashed in from a robber. I was able to get my car in last minute at the end of the day, and while they didn't have the replacement window on hand that day, they vacuumed up all the broken glass and did a pro job wrapping my car up for the drive home. This was all at no charge to me. So thankful for them! Hopefully I never have to go back to them for this particular reason, but I would certainly go back to them in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Lengthy review but it's necessary to illustrate just how wonderful Zenith Auto Glass is. A different auto glass shop in town replaced my cracked windshield. They then were unable to recalibrate the ADAS and eventually left it up to me to figure out on my own. I brought it to the local dealer and they were also unsuccessful in recalibrating the system. I was told I would need to purchase all new ADAS equipment for my vehicle. I refused to do that and drove my vehicle for a couple years without the ADAS, including no cruise control. I was told to try Zenith as they had been successful with ADAS difficulties previously. The first time I went there they went above and beyond in trying to recalibrate the system including trying multiple windshields over the course of a few hours. Unfortunately we weren't able to figure it out that day. After all of that effort/labor they didn't charge me a penny. Now an additional two years later I again got a crack in my windshield. Due to my previous experience with Zenith I immediately scheduled with them. When I dropped off the car I reminded them of the ADAS issue with my vehicle and told them not to worry about the recalibration as it certainly wasn't going to work. When George called me and told me that they were able to recalibrate it I was in disbelief. Again, a different auto glass shop as well as the local dealership were unable to fix this problem. I've driven this vehicle with no ADAS, no cruise control for ~4 years and now it is as good as new. I found Zenith auto glass in a Google search and I scheduled a quote through their website online. Within 10 minutes I had received a callback confirming what I needed. Within a half hour they called me back with a place I could get a replacement window for my truck. I arrived to my appointment early and they immediately started working on my vehicle. The whole service took about 45 minutes. The lobby was very nice with coffee and other beverages. The staff was incredibly friendly and after speaking with them for about 20 minutes, telling them my story and how I helped people in the community the wonderful folks at Zenith gave me 60% Discount! Out of the kindness of their hearts and their appreciation for the people in our community. I would recommend Zenith glass to anybody in need of auto glass repair and god forbid i need glass replaced again this is definitely where I will be going. I called Zenith Auto Glass to ask if they offer an RV dump station, and wow—Carol answered the phone and was incredibly helpful and friendly! Yes, they do offer a free RV dump station, which is such a generous and appreciated service for travelers like us. (Just a heads-up: they don’t offer potable water—but the dump station access alone is a huge help.) We're truly grateful for their kindness and support of the RV community. After speaking with Carol, I know that if we ever have any auto glass needs, we will be going straight to Zenith Auto Glass. Not my first time at ZAG but had to share the positive experience from my most recent service. We were returning home from a trip driving through Kansas when a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. My first call was to Zenith. Carmen answered, got the details needed from my truck, and then setup a conference call with my insurance company and handled the claim. She even called the local ram dealership to verify the details of my truck so that without a doubt I had the correct replacement. 14 hours and 950 miles later, I had my windshield replaced, good as new. I really appreciate the fast and great service. I hope to not need any glass service soon, but when I do, Zenith will have my business.

This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Called Wednesday morning and Kacey handled all the insurance work on the phone in just a few minutes, then offered me a same day appointment. I took an appointment the following morning and the crew was ready when I arrived. George offed me the opportunity to watch the removal and reinstallation. Very interesting to see the process. When completed George and staff were not happy with the fit of the windshield and elected to order a different windshield and will reinstall when I make another appointment. In a world where big corporations are gobbling up their competitors, it's nice to have locally owned businesses who haven't sold out. Zenith Auto Glass repaired my rear glass through a claim with my insurance company. They provided top-notch service, a free courtesy car, excellent customer service and a quick turnaround on the repair. They were also able to get me scheduled the next day which was much appreciated. The gal working the front desk was super bubbly and kind which was much needed after someone busted out my rear glass trying to break into my vehicle. Good customer service goes a long way in my book, and I would be happy to send more business their way in the future!

Called glass repair establishments today as my sister had a good sized chip on her truck windshield. Contacted Zenith in Duluth. Personable “Carmen” answered the phone and told us we could come in right away today and the repair would be free…who does that?! Chatted with Carmen and owner George while we waited, what a delight! Even got to meet the cute, resident pup. (wish I could remember her name) Beautiful workmanship! What an amazing first experience. Zenith Auto Glass is a fantastic place to take any vehicle! Zenith Auto Glass got me an appointment the very next day after one of my window regulators broke. They were honest with pricing and got the part for me the same day. They were even kind enough to fix an issue that had been caused by the last glass shop I had been to. In total they had me in and out in less than an hour!
