Service set up was a breeze with Wayne, he helped me get things going and was very patient with all my questions & concerns. He offered an appointment slot to get me on the calendar and was willing to work with me as I was navigating insurance difficulties. Once that was set up he explained the process thoroughly and ensured all my questions were answered. Mark arrived Wednesday morning right on time, was incredibly friendly, and explained the entire process clearly. (I work from home and got caught up in a meeting and he was very patient and understanding) He handled my car with great care and replaced the windshield perfectly—like factory new! Omg!!!! I cannot express how truly grateful I am to have come across Clear Choice Auto Glass. I didn't have car coverage through my car insurance. I was in a frantic. The cracked grew and grew. Every place I called for a quote made me more frantic. Who can afford those crazy prices with this economy. But when I called Clear Choice, it was affordable. Whoever answered the phone on a Saturday morning was amazing. Scheduled for my window to be fixed Monday morning, on my time. ❤️ Monday came, I wasn’t at the address given, which was fine. Mark came to me, no problem. I absolutely love people who love doing their job. Mark was amazing! Got my window fixed in no time. I took a rock to my windshield and i picked Clear Choice to replace it and they had it done in 3 hours time. Fast, friendly and super to work with. I hope I dont need their services for a while but if i do they will be the first call.
