More wind noise since repair in 2019. Forgot to put windshield wipers back. Found out when I was driving home and it was raining, I was put in a dangerous situation because of this. Had to have them work on it two additional times to get the wipers working right again. The attitude of the manager was very flippant and very unconcerned with the poor work. I would never trust to use them again. Safety and quality does not seem to be a concern to them. This was at the Roseville location.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

The website and phone number both listed different hours than this building actually offers. My wife called ahead, it was Saturday, they said the wait won't be long... Got there and they aren't even open on Saturday. Turns it the phone goes to a centrally located CSR who didn't bother checking actual hours. We drove 30 minutes to get there for a simple rock chip repair.. Have had great experiences back West with them... Won't be going back to this one.

I am very happy with the service I had at Harmon Auto Glass in Brooklyn Park! I was lucky enough to get the only available appointment after the heavy hail storm which broke my front windshield. Both Claudia and Linda helped coordinate the necessary communication between them and my insurance company. The job was done within an hour and I am very pleased with the finished product. Went in to have the liftgate glass replaced which went ok but when I got home and opened the liftgate it was making a grinding sound that was not there when I brought it in. I made an appointment to have it looked at and they claim that it isn't from anything they did and I would need to take it to the dealer to have it fixed. Now it doesn't work at all and it worked fine before I had them fix the glass.

Great service at a low price, had quoted my windshield replacement 2 months prior; other competitors had similar price but when came time to actually get it done 2 others had raised prices 50 -75 dollars more before taxes. Techna kept same low price ,great ,fast service, office and staff super friendly. I recommend if you need work done. I will be back if I ever need this type of service in the furure.

Best service I have ever received as a truck driver. They replaced my windshield at the beginning of April and it slid down off the pins that hold it in place. I went back 2 weeks later and they replaced the whole windshield. They do fantastic work and were totally stumped as to how the original replacement slid off of the pins. Now 2 weeks later and all is golden.

Came in with my dad cause we had a chip on our 2016 Toyota Hylander, thought it was more serious than it was. The guy working on our car explained to us that it was just a minor chop & he could easily fix it free of charger!! Appreciated the feed back, Much respect to these hard working individuals.

Claudia is a wonderful employee at Harmon Auto Glass in Brooklyn Park MN. She treat people the way she wants to be treated. The technicians has a lot of experience and they really care about your car and can answer any question that you may have. I was wowed by their services. Thank you guys.

Super friendly staff!! Very great prices and fast service! The tech guy knew exactly what he was doing. The waiting area has nice big comfy arm chairs they also provide bottled water and coffee for the clients, I felt right at home. I highly recommend this place for any glass repairs.

Their crew came to my work to do my windshield. They were prompt and on time. I didn't have to be out there, so I was able to still make my meetings. They locked it all up when they were done and left a note on when to take off the tape and do car washes. Very helpful!
