Highly Recommend! Mark was absolutely amazing. I called and he answered right away, got a quote for a 2004 dodge caravan windshield replacement ($276) and it was half the price of safelite which was amazing! they were booked for the next few days. I explain to Mark that I needed it done asap and he was able to squeeze me in the next day. my appt was between 11am- 2pm. Mark Called at 1pm and said he was 15 mins away. he arrived by 1:20pm and finished the job by 2:15pm. less than a hr to finish everything. it was super quick I couldn't believe he was already done that fast. safelite quoted 2 hrs. Mark communication was great. this is what I call perfect customer service. After having my rear passenger window smashed so that someone could steal my empty duffel bag, I was low on patience. Mark and the Clear Choice Auto Glass team were very good about clearly stating what was happening and when I could expect this to be fixed. Mark showed up less than 24 hours after the original call to not only replace the window but also clear out the broken glass that was still in my car. Mark called to let me know they had the replacement before coming out, showed up earlier than expected and expertly fixed the problem. Mark from the Bloomington Clear Choice shop came to my residence to replace a side window on my vehicle. The experience could not have been better. He was clear and friendly in his communications with me, and did a quick and thorough repair. I especially appreciated that he did a great job cleaning up all the glass he could inside the door, as well as elsewhere inside the vehicle and on the ground as we worked. Since this repair was covered by insurance, I can't speak to whether or not this was a "good value" overall, though it certainly was to me personally. Clear Choice Auto Glass is a fantastic and affordable option for those needing a car window replaced. I had my passenger window smashed in over the weekend, and after calling a few places, Clear Choice Auto Glass was the most affordable quote we received. The best part was that they fit us into their schedule within a few days and came to our house. Mark was very communicative and friendly. It was raining the morning of the appointment, which did delay the appointment a bit, but Mark was super thoughtful and kind as he was aware of my busy schedule (WFH). When he did arrive, he got right to fixing my window, which was done in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend them.

I was very happy with the customer service that I experienced from Mark at Clear Choice Auto Glass! I received quotes from a few other businesses before scheduling my windshield replacement and their price was by far the most reasonable. Mark was very friendly and helpful from the start! He was able to come to my office building to do the repair and was very patient and understanding when I was busy and unable to answer his call right away. I love giving reviews for a good service from a small family run business. After a quick google search to have a windshield chip repaired, Wayne took my call at 12:08pm. Got my info and confirmed the appointment and had a guy in the area. 1:30pm Mark showed up at my place of work in his mobile rig with a clear description of what he was going to do. Did his work, supplied a great personal chat and an invoice, and I was paid up and back to work at 1:50pm. High quality service from some very kind people. You want to work with this company.

I was thrilled to get my window fixed in a short matter of time. I called first thing in the morning from my workplace and a few hours later, my window was fixed. Great independent family business. I've had them replace two different windshields. Easy initial call where they help to coordinate with your insurance. Best part is they come to your location (weather/season dependant) and replace it right there. They also take care of any safety feature calibrations after. I've had no problems with either windshield after the replacements. Seamless and efficient. Highly recommended!
