Jeanne and Mike were very detailed and even dropped me back off at work to get my windshield repaired and all my cameras recalibrated. They explained the process and fit me in less than 24 hours after the rock hit my windshield. They were so professional and they even informed me about other attributes about my vehicle. Hearing their process about the recalibration and assuring me that if I am unhappy with anything, I could always let them know and they’d be happy to remedy the situation. Getting right back into my car the same day I dropped it off and hopping onto the freeway and hearing my alert when a car was in my blind spot...I have never been so happy to see that little triangle and I am so happy my insurance agent Tim Sadusky recommended this great business! I highly recommend A Clear Solution Auto Glass. I choose them because the business is located very close to my work. Since their hours are the same as my work schedule, Jeanne agreed to meet me a ½ hour before they open. She also gave me a ride back to my place of work. When they finished replacing my windshield, I was not able to get back to their office to retrieve my vehicle. Jeanne and her husband delivered it to my place of work. What superior service and greatly appreciated! The details in the workmanship is another example they care about what they do. They replaced my unexpired annual State Park sticker and next oil change sticker onto the new windshield. It’s that little detail which sets A Clear Solution apart, besides the quality and installation of the windshield.

I just took my Honda Civic in to get a crack fixed on my windshield. I met both of the owners, and they were amazing!!! They got me in right away. It was a relief after having been on the phone all day trying to make an appointment with a company that the insurance company first referred me to. They were both very knowledgeable about the problem and how to fix it. They took the time to explain what they were doing, and why they were fixing it the way they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs honest glass work done on your vehicle. They are what my grandfather would have called “salt of the earth people.”

Had a great experience with A Clear Solution Auto Glass. Windshield cracked large enough to be replaced. Called ACS and they handled the rest. Determined the appropriate replacement. Called my insurance to get authorization with me on the line. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. Had the option of going to them, or them coming to us. We opted to go to them since it was expected to rain. We were able to drop off our vehicle early and it was ready to go earlier than expected. Overall great experience.

First tried emailing them from their website got no response, okay I will try calling a few days later. When they picked up the phone got a rude CSR that refused to help me out because “she was busy with scheduled customers” are you serious? How am I suppose to be one of those scheduled ones without your help? Had no other option just to hang up the phone and walk away from these rude people before actually using their services. I’ll take my money and recommendations somewhere else

These folks are honest. I came here asking about fixing a small ding on my windshield, and they told me the crack was too big to repair but it wasn't necessary to get a new windshield yet, so I waited. That was prescient as two weeks later a semi sprayed me with a rock that made a new, worse dent that cracked to the edge. They made the process painless and did a great job replacing the windshield. I would happily recommend anyone come here for a new windshield/auto glass.

My windshield had a large crack and needed replacment. I wasn't sure if my insurance covered it or not. I called and Jeanne assisted me witrh insurance and determining the windshield I needed. They accommodated my schedule and installed the windshield the next day. I never give a perfect rating, but the customer service was extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend this great local small buisness.

What an amazing company! I had very prompt service from Jeanne. She was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. My insurance lady was so happy with how on the ball she was. I told them anytime after 9 am. Had windshield replaced on my Rv and had nothing but problems after with leaks, they tried fixing it by smearing more sealant on it that did nothing, they continued to tell me it wasn't the job they did yhen they just gave up. I ended up tearing out the weather stripping they put on and found numerous spots where there was no sealant, I sealed it up myself would not recommend at all......

Great staff, Jeanne is very personable, very educated and knowledgeable. Very clean office and waiting area. Fresh coffee. Large TV. Quiet, relax while you wait. Very detailed, careful, and excellent service. Micheal maintains the highest integrety, in glass installation. Very clean and organized shop. My whole family and their friends will take their vehicles there.
