On Friday morning, I woke up to find someone has smashed in my rear driver's side window. I called Gary's Auto Glass that morning and they were able to get me a new window early Monday morning. They took my car and left me with a temporary vehicle and returned my car within a matter of hours. They even vacuumed up and removed all of the glass from the seats and floor!! I cannot thank them enough for their speedy service and their understanding, helpfulness, and kindness. As horrible as this situation was, using Gary's Auto Glass was a decision that not only fixed window, but also made me not as angry about it. Was in the area vacationing, actually just arrive at the cabin when my back window shattered on my Explorer. Made a few calls around to get service. Jeremy @ Gary’s Auto Glass was incredibly helpful, worked with my schedule, and so understanding with urgency in getting the window order and servicing in less then 24 hrs. Outstanding customer service and would recommend them to anyone. Have already given out their website as I work with many who vacation in the Alexandria area. 100% satisfied with their all around service we received. 5 star!!! This place knows how to do business! Very polite and professional! Not only did they pick up/drop off my vehicle - They just did an overall great job. They wiped down my dash, glass is sparkling clean, the stickers they could save were put back up, and they even vacuumed my floor mats! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass, or one of the many other services they offer.

Had a rear pickup slider broke out by punk burglars. Was upset to have to drop my truck off, get it repaired, clean up the mess. Gary's replaced the glass and removed my back seat to make sure all the glass was cleaned up. Then vacuumed my whole truck. They cared about my needs, and went above and beyond. My kind of folks. I would give 6 stars if I could... use Gary's, you'll be happy...

Amazing customer service, walked-in and was greeted right away at the door and got an appointment scheduled the next week. Replaced a windshield that had a spidering rock chip, and called to double check about a device I was repairing that is apart of the windshield. Also transferred the MN state park sticker pass to the new windshield. Couldn't have asked for a better shop to work with!

Great experience using Gary's Auto Glass! Needed my SUV windshield replaced from a crack and they worked with my insurance company to handle the claim. They had excellent service, communication, & quality of work. When I called, they knew who I was, my vehicle situation etc. Very responsive! The vehicle pick-up & delivery service was also appreciated. Highly recommend Gary's Auto Glass!

These guy's are awesome! I was worried about not being able to get home with this snow storm coming because I hate driving in bad weather. and asked to have it done quickly but right. They cared enough to make sure my vehicle was done quickly so if I had to leave work early, I could. This is a great and caring company.

Highly recommend! We broke the rear windshield of our pickup while out of town, we called 20 minutes before they closed on Friday, and they were able to order the glass and were able to squeeze us in to install it on Monday! AND they had a rental for us to run our errands while they changed it out. Super friendly.

I am so impressed!! They asked me how I wanted it done (them picking it up or me bringing it in and using their loner). They picked it up and had it back by the time I needed to pick up the kids. It was the easiest hassle free experience. And the best part: I have a nice crack-free shiny windshield.

They knew exactly what the issue was and was able to fix it with in 15 minutes. Other glass shops wanted to replace the whole windshield when there was nothing wrong with it. Thanks again! I would definitely recommend this place if you need anything they offer for services!
