Initially it was excellent the individual that set up the appointment was very friendly & courteous. The day of installation a technician called said that it was going to rain all day, which it never rained in Plymouth MI., so I called to reschedule based off of what I was told by the initial technician, it was irritating, I was basically lied to. The next day when the technician showed up at my job he was very friendly, I was asked what happened with my appointment the day before & I explained to him what I was told, He then says the previous technician told them that I had plans that day which wasn’t true I was at work irritated about my window not being replaced on the initial scheduled date. The only issue that I had with my appointment the next day is that the piece above my mirror that covers the wires keeps moving or popping off since, I spoke to a different store in a different state, the Westland MI store still hasn’t contacted me back, I will give them until monday

If there was an option for 0 stars I would give it. I brought my boyfriends vehicle here to get the windshield replaced for his birthday. When I picked it up I noticed the fender on the driver's side was pushed in. The instant my boyfriend saw the car he was VERY upset. Looking further into it there was damage to the passenger side as well. I called the office and they gave me the managers email to send some photos. I sent them the photos and from there received an email that they did not damage it per their photos on their final inspection (where the car was still in the shop) I picked it up from the parking lot and noticed the damage. I should have instantly gone back inside. That was my mistake. I took photos of the damage documented everything. They told me that they are not responsible. I am so disappointed in this company. I will NEVER recommend anyone take their car there. I am so disappointed in how this problem was handled.

Worst Company I've ever experienced. They are owned by Driven Brands out of NC. They scheduled my car 3 times and blew me off all three. I decided to drive to the location in Westland Mi to confront the store manager and the location didn't have a single employee working. The number you call was also not helpful, they didn't have an answer for the store unattended, they lied to me saying they didn't have my glass available the first time, then with push back admitted there was no tech. Another time I was told they booked to many people that day yet again, they had not solution for my issue. I have lost wages, used PTO time and been disrespected like never before. This is a horrible company. Absolutely unprofessional. I plan to leave negative feedback on all media so spare others from this.

Would recommend 10 times over. I scheduled a mobile repair, but was called the day prior asking if I could come in since I was so close. I happily obliged since the time-slot they gave me for a mobile repair was all day. As soon as I pulled up the customer service was overt. Before I could walk in and sit down my car was already pulled into the bay. There was issue with the window I needed and it’s availability (they wouldn’t have known before I got there) and Trey called a local dealer to see if they could get the part and repair the window. While they weren’t able to get the part (back ordered) they cleaned up my car and covered the window to keep the air out in the interim. I am a sucker for great customer service and these men delivered. I will refer anybody I know!

I just happen to drive by Auto Glass One and decided to call for a quote. I’ve had a large stone crack and split all summer but drive 696 - 75 everyday. Now that it appears they are beginning to wrap up construction I decided I should replace my windshield before winter. It couldn’t have been a better experience, I was quoted a price I found quite reasonable, they got me right in and did a great job in under an hour. They even offered to drop my car off to me when they were done and put new windshield wipers on for me. I truly appreciate the guys that helped me out! Would highly recommend! Thank you all!!

I made my appointment Saturday and got in there today they knew who I was as soon as I walked in the door the staff was friendly and explained everything to me in detail. The store was well put together and clean. I walked to the nail shop, a few doors down and by the time I was done with my nails my car was ready for me to drive off . The only recommendation I have is to wipe down the dashboard because I have short arms, and there is stuff all over it other than that 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

I arrived about 10 minutes early,the service tech duty brought my vehicle in quickly. He looked it over and explained to me that possibly the repair wouldn't work, if so he wouldn't charge me. The head technician came in shortly afterwards walked by and noticed another crack, which was much lower. He explained the issues with trying to repair the second crack, which I appreciated greatly! The whole experience was informative and professional. Great customer service! I highly recommend this shop!

I scheduled an appointment for 12pm to have my windshield repaired. When we walked in we were greeted by Trey right away and was taken care of. He was quick, knowledgeable and even had my remote start going for me when I arrived to pick up my jeep in these freezing temps and I loved that! I hopefully won’t have to be back, but if ever I have a glass chip again, this will absolutely be the place I go to. Thanks again, Trey!

I had an extremely simple, and quick replacement with the westland location. I called them a bit after 11, got a quote on the phone, got into the shop at 1, and had a new windshield by 2. I paid what they told me on the phone, and it was honestly a really good deal. I would definitely recommend them. It's not a luxury shop, they just do what they advertise, and I really appreciated that.

Not impressed with this operation. They did fix my windshield chip. But they didn't want to bill my insurance. Until I forced the issue. Then when my car was done. The technician left my car running while he came inside to get a receipt... just a lack of professionalism. Any glass place can fix your car. But I left feeling like this was someplace I didn't want to ever return to.
