Simbol Auto Glass

Had to have the back glass on a Toyota 4Runner replaced due to the glass bursting from defroster/weather. Next day appointment available. Quick service, was done within 2 hours. $289 However, there are what seems to be hundreds of glass shards left in the back hatch of the vehicle, which had to be taken apart to install the new glass. The glass that is rattling around (extremely noticeable, there is a lot), will eventually most likely scratch the newly installed glass if the window is rolled down, and/or cause damage to the window motor or internals of my back hatch. If it wasn't for this left, the service would've been excellent. Update: Gus, the very nice owner called 15 minutes after this review was posted to reconcile the issue. We are to come in later this week to resolve. Will update accordingly :-) Update: Ended up having life issues get in the way of coming back in, were very accommodating to schedule and went above and beyond to fix issue. I just recently purchased my dream car and I had the honor of a rock kissing my windshield the first month of having my car. I wash my car once a week (touchless method) along with vacuuming by carefully brushing dust and dirt away then vacuuming so no small scratches are left anywhere in the interior. I do not drive the car in rain, snow, or on dirt roads. I'm giving you a visual of how I've treated her. Knowing that I now needed a new windshield I wanted the right people for the job. I went and talked to several different places seeking out someone that was willing to take their time and repair my windshield back to OEM spec. Simbol Auto Glass provided exactly that for me. The only evidence that the car had been touched was a missing crack in the windshield. I can't thank everyone enough at simbol for the care they put into their work. I had a crack in my windshield for over a year and finally decided to repair it. I had a coupon for Simbol from Valpak. After reading the positive reviews here, I called and scheduled an appointment. They were extremely professional and fast. I worried that it could have been a negative experience since I went in with very little knowledge of the company, but they were great. I brought the car in at 8:30am and was able to work from their lobby. I think I left around 10:30am. They have good wifi and places to sit. One person also offered coffee, water and snacks. It sucks to pay a lot of money because of a stupid rock hitting your windshield, but at least the process to repair it isn't very painful at Simbol.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Pricing was very affordable and much lower than all of the other places around. When I dropped off my vehicle, they said it would be about two hours period it did turn out to take about 3 hours instead. Everyone in the shop was very kind, so I did not mind too much about the extra wait. I went to pick up my vehicle at 12:30, but they closed at 1.The person ahead of me had just came in because they had a rock chip in their windshield. The individual at the desk said that if they waited about 45 minutes they would be able to get this individual in. I couldn't get my service done because the guy there wanted to go home for the day it was Saturday ok I understand. I called back Monday morning he quoted but wouldn't take my cc to order the parts. I said he would call right back. Tuesday afternoon I call again same guy every time. He is sparky now, not wow I messed that up. I asked can you do it now? "No I dont have the parts, do you want to give me the cc number now?" No if you can't get the most important part of building some sort of rapport! I really wanted to use a company that is local and not a large corp. But safelite was less money no deposit and easy to set up. Maybe some training would help

I did not have anything near a good experience hear. Broke my back window even thought I made it clear it was tinted glass they ordered clear so I had to wait another day for them to order the correct glass. After it was done I went to use my back seat with the kids and the middle seat belt was behind the bench!!!! I called to get it fixed, I received NO apology NO acknowledgment at all of they felt bad, no manager talked to me. The guy who handed me my keys finally said sorry about that but that was it. But so far the window looks good and like it's on right so if they don't mess anything up I think there work is good.

After a very frustrating experience with a nearby shop in the same 24 hours, these guys came to my rescue! I came in without an appointment in the morning, they came out and looked at my issue, and within half an hour I was out and on my way again. They didn't try blabbering on about things I didn't need (or care about lol) they just listened and got the job done professionally and so quickly! Oh, all at a fantastic price as well! Had a great experience. Walked in about 3:45pm to the Waterford location on highland . Was served within 10 minutes. Considering the quarter size my windshield damage the repair was better than expected. The tech took a vibration tool to rove loose glass. Cleaned out the class and cleaned the surface. Injected the sealant I to the crack and filled the divot left by the removal of the tool. This was all completed in about 15 minutes. The tech was friendly and straight forward. The price was more than acceptable.

Taydam at the Waterford location is amazing. He was incredibly busy at the time, but he was able to multitask, and do it with ease. This is definitely something I do not want to rush, because good quality work takes time. He kept apologizing to me because he got so busy, but I didn’t mind waiting because I could tell that he really cared about his job.
