I called this place on a Thursday and got a new windshield on Friday afternoon. I checked Safelites website and was quoted 450.00 for an expedition windshield. I was quoted 270 from this place. They were fast, efficient, very nice, and did a great job. I had a new windshield within 30 minutes in my driveway. Definitely give your business to this amazing small business! Me and my wife went here to get our passenger door window replaced. When we called they said it would take 30 minutes. When we got there they said it would be an hour and a half...which if I was told this yesterday I would have brought my truck with me and I wouldn't have brought my wife and dog. Then I go for a walk around the area for an hour and a half and come back and it's still not done. They are sitting in the office on the phones and eating. It then took another 45 minutes to put the window in. It was a half day event. I wouldn't trust any time frame these guys give you. Then my window is thinner than all the rest of my windows. I will definitely never go here again nor recommend anyone going here. My first choice was safelite auto and when I booked my appointment and went there they had the plastic wrap temporary repair done in a 5 minute period and I had an appointment scheduled for Friday for a 30 minute appointment and I changed to this place because they said they could get me in quickly and it was 10 dollars less. I would have tarter paid the 10 extra dollars....you definitely get what you pay for here and it's not good.

After purchasing my vehicle, I found the leather of the driver side seat was flaking. The dealership sent me to White's for repairs. The owner of the shop, Eric, was my contact, and he was ceaselessly patient with my questions, and was prompt, delivering my car just when he said he would. Always professional, he walked me through parking the car overnight, with a convenient drop box for the keys. Replacing my son’s windshield was so truly painless. Not only was the cost of the replacement the best, but the owner and employee were the extremely friendly and helpful! They could have come out to my place for the replacement, but I chose to set an appointment at the shop. The service was swift and the calibrations for the windshield and cameras were perfect. I highly recommend Whites above all else!! Made my day!!

Not only did I receive quality service. Every person that came in and out that door did as well. My papa always said “That’s how you know if a place is good, if they’re good to all their people”. Watching them interact with new and old customers made it feel like they were family. Not that I plan on having to get my window shield replaced all the time, but if I had to I’m definitely going to be a returning customer!

Do NOT go anywhere else. If it is wrong Whites makes it right. The dealership tried to get me to use their preferred dealer but….. 2 week wait. I called Whites and everything was done within a day. Then when I had a second problem I came right back and was immediately taken care of. The owner is a good man and did everything he could to make sure I was well taken care of. Highly recommended!
