Wendy completely understood my plight, she took care of everything very easily and very quickly. And while I got rid of my migraine, she got my glass fixed. In record time I might add. Have gotten new windshields here for 2 vehicles over the years. These look like a factory installation. They find the correct windshield, install it like the factory and do it quickly. Wendy is "unwelcoming" and I canceled because of her, but then someone else told me they do good work and to ignore her. I did end up using them off-site. Her abruptness didn't change and they completely lack communicating internally and with the customer, but the car endure turned out fine.

My wife's windshield was leaking. They attempted to reseal it for us, but found it I was an issue with the glass and the windshield needed to be replaced. It has been water tight since.
