Best chip repair yet. I used to go to the Chrysler dealer as they had another company setup there for glass chips but they stopped doing it. Went to National just down the street. In and out in about 20 minutes. No charge with insurance (your mileage may vary.) The highly visible 1/4" chip now looks like a smudge. I watched them use the vacuum attachment and inject a UV cure polymer. I would recommend them to a friend. Warning! bad parking lot.

This place was highly recommended to me by my neighbor albeit my neighbor drivers GM cars/suvs and has been going to this place for years. I took my 2014 Audi there and Terry installed the new windshield and a new rain sensor on the back of the rearview mirror with very obvious air bubbles. When I go to drive away, the rain sensor and automatic lights malfunction code comes up. Mark comes out of the store and says he'll have Terry come to my house to install a new gel pad. Terry comes back and installs a new gel pad. This one only has a slight bubble in it. My car still has the error code and Terrry tells me to take it to the Audi dealership to have them reset the car's computer. I go to the dealership service center a few days later, and the service guy says it's definitely the installation and have them fix it. He also pointed out to me how the rubber that is supposed to be flush against the windshield is all wavy and said it's from the installation and that it could cause problems in the long run from water collecting in it. I have Terry come back to my house and in very carefully installs a new gel pad and it works! I am happy though not totally happy and this is a total waste of my time as it's now 4 appointments to try to get the sensor to work when it was caused from installing the gel incorrectly. The next day I am driving to Target, adjust my mirror, and the WHOLE THING falls off!!!! I am pissed at this point. I pull over and it takes me several tries to get it on and stay on. I call Mark and tell him I am very unhappy with their service. His attitude is that they've been doing it for years and my car is the only one that has had these problems. These problems are all stemmed from his service person not putting in the gel pad correctly and putting back the mirror wrong. There was no offer of a discount or refund. Just sorry and I'll talk to Terry about it. So, yes, it's a great discounted price, but you pay for what you get. Perhaps they are great with American cars or cars without rain sensors. I don't know, but a I'm sorry we really do know what we're doing doesn't cut it.

The worst! I called them to make an appointment to replace my window. They set an appointment and said someone would call me in the morning first thing prior to coming out. I was told i had to have an open schedule because the appointment time couldn't be pin pointed. I cancelled all my plans and sat home waiting. Three and 1/2 hours after opening i got a call. I was asked did i have a heated area because they cant work outside. I said i do not, i can back my truck into my garage but it wont close. I was asked do i have a friend where i can take it to. I said i do not. Why this was not brought up the day before? I dont know! Ok, no one wants to be cold so i understand. I agree to go into their facility. Now they cant repair my truck today because of the weather. The weather was forecasted a week ago. Who in their right mind didnt know it would be cold today. Its damn cold outside. Why the hell do you think i want to get my truck fixed? And why even. Other asking me about my garage or friends garage if you werent going to do it anyway. But because of the weather they are not able to fix my vehicle in their heated garage. I was going to go with safelite but decided i would give them a try. I cancelled my appointment with safelite to go to them. I cancelled all of my plans to wait for them and then i was basically told middle finger. Never again will i call them. No matter what your business is, you should be a human with compassion and basic human decency first. You cant do a job say so upfront and let the customer go on. They might just come back at a time that you can. But gambling with a persons well being to make an extra buck is just the actions of a greedy person. Who in Michigan didnt know what the weather would be today? I could have brought my truck in at 6 this morning by a company who actually cares. Lesson learned here, never again!

The hinges on the rear window of our ford escape were broken. The first auto repair shop told us they would have to replace the glass and the wiper motor, the estimate was about $750. At the dealership they told us they could replace the hinges while keeping the glass, the price was $540. Mark at National Auto Glass & Mirror told me to buy the hinges, gave me instructions on how to choose the right ones, bought them on amazon and they replaced them in an hour keeping the glass for only $150, total cost $175. Great work and awesome people. Thank you so much!!ServicesAuto rear window replacement, Service not listed

I could not have been more impressed with Mark and National Auto Glass in Rochester. I have been getting the runaround from other companies about prices and product availability but this company made it so easy. I had a quote and an appointment within 5 minutes on the phone and I was in the shop the next day for my windshield replacement. The replacement was quick and easy and I was back in the road. Mark seems to genuinely care about his customer’s needs and going forward I will refer any prospective customers to him, he was that good.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

The service from National Auto Glass was incredible. They were able to install my windshield the next day and I work so close to their shop it wasn't extra for them to come to me. However there was a slight defect in the laminate of the glass that I noticed after the job was complete. I called to let them know the next day and they had a new piece of glass and installed It 2 Days Later. What amazing service and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Not to mention the price was nearly $200 cheaper than Safelite. Thanks again National Auto Glass

I was in the area out of town. Noticed a small star crack in my windshield. No idea whether it developed recently so wanted to get it taken care of before my 300 miles drive home. Received a reasonable quote National Auto Glass and went there. They took the truck into the garage and after a while pulled it up front. He said it wasn't too bad and filled it in. He handed me the keys and said don't worry about paying. WOW! I felt guilty but he insisted it wasn't too bad and don't worry about it. Great service!

Awesome Service!! Stopped in for a windshield repair. The manager (Mark M) listened very attentively to my explanation of the problem, scheduled a service visit, and accomplished everything within an hour when I returned for the work. All of my interactions with Mark and the service techs were positive, they appear to have a great team there. While in the lobby I noted that this store does shower glass too. So will be returning there for that work when we redo our shower next year.

On the way to work this past week a huge piece of ice flew off a semi and hit my windshield and massively cracked it. It hit very hard. I called other places and they were not available to service me until 3 days out or they didn't answer the phone. National Auto in Rochester was friendly and quick to respond and got me in the same day and replaced the windshield. They did a great job and had the best price. Professional and personable service.ServicesAuto windshield replacement
