This was my first experience of having to replace a cracked windshield. I decided to go with Clearview because of the positive reviews and it being a local business. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed. Here is an example of the high quality of service Ryan provides: - After driving with the new windshield, before the camera calibration step, we noticed it had a few imperfections in the glass (rare manufacturing defect). We called Ryan about it, he came over, saw the issue and replaced the windshield. - The calibration step for the replacement windshield failed. Ryan stood behind his service and after troubleshooting decided a different brand of windshield for my brand of vehicle should resolve the issue. A third windshield was installed and the calibration was successful. It's been a couple months and there have been no issues and we're happy with everything! While it took more steps than expected to replace my windshield, Ryan took responsibility for the things he couldn't control and was going to take care of whatever was required to get the job done at no added cost to me. Most of the time I'm sure everything goes to plan, but when things don't go as planned, that's when you appreciate the high level of customer support.
