I was very happy with the service I received here. Barbara was always polite, kind, and understanding even when she had to call and reschedule my appointment because they didn't have my glass on hand and was waiting to receive it. Jim and John were the best to replace my window, they called to let me know they were 25 min. away. When they arrived they began the work right away and had the job done in 30 minutes. It also cost me less then other glass places that I called. I would recommend National Glass to anyone needing help with broken or cracked windows. I had my windshield replaced earlier this year. After the installation I was not happy there was mud on inside of my vehicle. About 6 months later the windshield just split down the driver’s side on its own. I called to speak with someone and there was no answer. Left a voicemail with my contact info and received no call back. I went down in person to be told there is no warranty on the windshield. Nobody bothered to look to see what caused it. It would have been more acceptable if someone took the time to look, but it goes to show what kind of place this is. Really glad this cost me 1/3 the amount my insurance quoted for the shattered rear window of my Subaru Outback. Office is very dated, but front office staff is nice and helpful. I wish I had known that they weren't going to fully vacuum and clean up the shattered glass. One would assume that that would be a priority, but it definitely was not. I left w a new window but w glass shards still on my bumper and all in the inside of my door. So now, anytime I open the hatch, all you hear is glass moving around and tiny pieces falling out when you slam it shut. Just picked up our SUV after having the windshield replaced from a stone chip. What a wonderful surprise when I took in our vehicle this afternoon and Paulann informed me they could do the job now! Update 11-27-19: 2nd visit different car (03 focus Mom's car) with Barb and the staff and they did it again! Thank you guys.... awesome work. And a 3rd visit coming next week with my truck for a sliding rear window, can't wait!. If your not coming here your missing out but time!! Highly recommend! I initially called to gather some information about a windshield replacement and Paulann was able to help me file a claim with my insurance as well as get my replacement scheduled. On the day of my appointment, the technicians stayed true to their word and had the job completed within the time frame provided at drop off. Every person I encountered at drop off and pick up were pleasant, courteous and professional. This company is terrific! My daughter had a load shift in her car and the back window was broken. They calmed her down and helped her complete all the paperwork and repaired the car quickly. Recently, stones damaged my front window. I dropped off the car at 8:30 a.m. and had it back by 10:30 a.m. The people are very friendly and helpful. They called AAA for me and I spoke with the adjuster and had the matter fixed MUCH faster than my dealership would have. Can't say enough about their great service!

I have been using National Auto Glass for all my window issues. If there was a chip they were there to fix it asap. I had my windshield replaced for a crack and they were able to do it as soon as I wanted it done and they were done very promptly. They clean your dash after the install and even place all the sticker decals back on the window where they originally were. They have a very friendly atmosphere and I would recommend them to everyone that needs their windows fixed, updated, changed, etc.

THE WORST OF THE WORSE AUTO GLASS SHOP EVER!! SCAM ARTISTS WORKS HERE. RUDE lady at front desk! (like people said in other reviews) Kids working there with no experience on vehicles. They destroyed my car door during window replacement that was not even done.Door didt close after they tried to work on my car, they blamed me the door was not working before lol It's brand new vehicle maybe too advanced for them to work on.... 100% disappointed with them. Complete waste of time. VOID THIS SHOP.
