Speedy and friendly services. Price was affordable. That's the big one. I called for an estimate on my cracked windshield and could've got an appointment, same day but I work late and they close before dark, so I picked a time that worked best for me. I had an appointment for 3:30 on a Tuesday, showed up at 3, I was on my way home by 3:35. There's no middle man for this company that works inside B&K collision shop, so you'll save money going to them. They have a high quality of work too. When they pop up in your Google search, choose them!

Made appointment for windshield replacement for Saturday at 9:00am and was leaving out with car around 9:35am. Very satisfied with work and the way staff treated their customers. Very professional and did a excellent job replacing windshield. Guaranteed warranty on replacement glass and stand by their work. Good price didn't try to over charge me and I recommend their service to all who want to know they are getting the best work and price in the city. I have a 1995 Chevy Astro Van and do a lot of highway driving. The issue with Michigan (and other states) highway's are the semi trucks, and although I may love peterbuilts I do not like rocks being thrown at my windshield. The good news of this story is that I have found a reliable source to have my windshield or any other window replaced. Michigan Wide does a professional and quick job! And they come to you! No leaks! I had a windshield put in my Edge by another company and the sealing kept coming off flapping, I went to Michigan Wide Autoglass and he took my Edge right in and had it resealed it and was amazing, I was first one there and out in 30 minutes. They did a window replacement for me after my car was broken into. I called around 9:00 in the morning, they got the window and put it in for me all within a few hours. Mike, and the rest of the guys were awesome, I felt comfortable from the time I walked in the door until I walked back out. They were the most reasonable out of several different places, and they also cleaned all of the glass out of my car!!

Well I got to say I was skeptical because their prices were half of what the other guys were charging, but I took a chance because they had five star reviews from everyone. Now I see why! These guys did a fantastic job told me I would be out in about an hour and I was done in about 30 minutes got right in at my appointment time and they did a fantastic job! Thank you, I will recommend you two!

Had my windshield replaced here, paid cash. Actual told them to ordered wrong glass at first, but they were really nice about it. Cleaned snd reinstalled everything and rescheduled for the next day. They were ready to work when I arrived again the next day and got everything done on time as promised. Staffs treated me exceptionally well, even treated me to some pizza. I recommend them 100%.

I highly recommend this shop from the time Mike answered the phone until he took my payment it was the best customer service I have had in a long time. They were the most reasonable auto glass shop they were quick and it was all guys in the shop were I waited and I didn't feel uncomfortable not to mention I was in a messaging chair as I waited. Wow! Awesome experience- a great deal (almost half of what I was quoted at the big-name autoglass places) and a quick and friendly transaction. I thought it was too good to be true but I have a new windshield on my Escape for a fraction of what I thought I'd have to pay. The guys also noticed that my tire was low and filled it up for me. :) Great service!
