TNT Auto Glass

I can't recommend TNT Auto Glass highly enough! Their quote for replacing our windshield was over $150 less than several other companies I contacted. They came out the very next morning, and their technician was not only professional and efficient, but also went above and beyond by helping remove some residue from a different window that I’d been struggling with for weeks. The service was exceptional, and I even requested extra business cards to share with family and friends. Highly satisfied with the experience!

One word...IMPRESSED!!! I had an appointment set up with a different company since Monday... I called this morning to confirm. I was told the glass didn't come in. I was on the phone for about an hour calling a total of 9 different auto glass companies. TNT being, 1 of them. I called back a few hours later. The woman on the phone could tell I was upset. She called her husband Tony, he called me back and took care of me! Tony had an appointment and said if I could get to him with in 45 minutes , that he could get me taken care of. I arrived at 3pm hew was done by 3:19pm I'm beyond impressed and completely GRATEFUL! Thank you Tony And thank you TNT Fast, affordable, and they actually CARE! Thank you again guys!!

It’s hard to know who to trust these days, but it was apparent that this family owned operation does not mess around. Making an appointment was as easy as a 30 second phone call. Tony and his crew arrived on time, were immediately very friendly, worked quickly, efficiently, filled me in on every step of the way, and did quality work. They even went above and beyond to fix a couple of things they noticed needed fixing on my vehicle just out of the goodness of their hearts. Some say customer service is dead, I say Tony is bringing it back to life. I met Tony while driving through our neighborhood and decided to ask about the crack in my windshield. He was friendly and informative so I called the office for an estimate and their prices are extremely less then places like Safelite or Pollack Glass. Once Bla & Tony arrived they were professional and finish in a timely manner. I WILL be recommending them to anyone who needs this kind of service. First time I used TNT after getting a chip, they came out to my work, were fast and friendly plus they fixed it at a good rate. Soon after the repair didn't look right, they came back and made it right. It has been 2 years, and the windshield hasn't cracked. Last year I had chip on a different and older vehicle, they came out, repaired it, and I went through winter with no cracking--we're coming up on a year now, and it is still good. I definitely recommend them, much cheaper than replacing a windshield.

The appointment was easy to set up, they got me in within 2 days. When I arrived I pulled my vehicle into the garage. I was greeted by Tony. He offered me a beverage while I waited. Tony's son Tony got started on the windshield replacement. He asked if I ever had seen the process done and said I could watch. I watched the entire process. Tony also cleaned my dirty dash as a courtesy. My appointment was at 10am and I was leaving by 10:37am with a brand new windshield. I highly recommend TNT auto glass.

I was able to set up an appointment with TNT pretty quickly, which was convenient for me. The experienced Tony Sr. and his sharp son Tony Jr. (and even his son as well) did a great job on my windshield replacement, which was a little more challenging than typical. They were courteous and efficient, and offered very fair pricing. I strongly recommend this family business and going forward I wouldn't use anyone else!
