Elite Auto Glass of Lansing

My dealership said they deal with Elite so, a week ago, made an appointment for 2:00 this afternoon for a home call. At 3:30, I tried to call; no answer. AAA called them, however, and got through. Was told they'd call me in a few minutes. 30 min later, nothing. I called again. Someone said they'd check and call me back in a few minutes. 45 min later, nothing. I had AAA cancel my appointment with them and booked elsewhere.

I had a crack in my windshield and they came out to repair it. They come to you so you don’t have to interrupt your day. They were very professional and fast. Allstars!!!! I got an appointment in less than 48hours. They where right on time and had my passenger window replaced in less than an hour. I called 4 places to get quotes and they where by far the most affordable. Thank you guys for the quick professional service.

They ordered and had my windshield in and scheduled my replacement in just a few days. Josh and crew came out to my residence and had the glass replaced in a span of 20-30 minutes. The cost was half of what Safelite quoted. Thank you!
