absolutely delighted with the service! We had several strong wind storms and tornados in Kalamazoo and had a branch go through the windshield of our VW Jetta. We rarely use this car, so it got put off for a little bit. Safelite came and couldn't fix it without "damaging the frame" because they don't train their employees on VWs apparently. Got referred here by our mechanic/owner of Blough's Automotive in Freeport, MI (who we trust for all things mechanical) and are SO glad Safelite couldn't do it. West Michigan Auto Glass was half the price, drove to us (Kentwood to Kalamazoo) and the new windshield is BEAUTIFUL. The two gentlemen that did the repair were courteous, friendly, professional, and efficient. I hope to not need the services again any time soon, but I will happily return here if the need arises.

I am so impressed with this place! From their customer service, communication, timeliness, and just overall quality of the job, they blew me away. You also can't beat their prices! My car got broken into last night, which meant I had a busted out window that needed to be completely replaced. Everywhere else I looked was booked up and couldn't help me out until next week. West Michigan Auto Glass got back to me within minutes with a quote and told me that they could get it fixed for me TODAY! I can't tell you how much relief I felt. The person who set up my appointment was extremely friendly and informative. And Patrick, the technician who came to install my window, was also very friendly and got the job done so quickly! I was excited to be using West Michigan Auto Glass for the first time as they were recommended from my dealership. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. The reason I gave this one star was because I had an appointment for today scheduled from 1-4pm. I was told they would call before hand and come to my work to replace my windshield. They never called nor did they show up to replace the windshield. Finally after 4pm since they never showed I called the office only to get a voicemail. I left a message asking if I should assume they werent coming now since they never bothered to show? Asked for a phone call back today and never received a call back. That is unacceptable. Def wont be recommending them to anyone and will be letting the dealership know as well.

Called to get an estimate on a windshield replacement for my wife's car. The woman I talked to was nice and was able to give me a reasonable quote. However, when my wife called back to actually try to schedule the service, she got their voicemail. She left a message three days ago, and we still have not heard back. Going to take our business to Orion instead, since they actually answer their phone. I'm not going to give a super low rating, because that doesn't seem fair when we can't even judge their actual service. But I would strongly suggest the management at West Michigan work on their communication and responding in a timely manner or they will keep losing customers.

Major shout-out to West Michigan Auto Glass! The staff truly went above and beyond—exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. From the moment I called for a quote, the office team made the process easy, helping me schedule quickly and handling everything directly with my insurance. My appointment was within a three-hour time window at my workplace, and the technician called ahead of time to make sure I was available. The actual work took about an hour. I was blown away by how good my experience was with West Michigan Auto Glass. To put it in perspective, a competing business quoted me $400 for replacement of a new windshield, with a $35 "convenience fee" for coming to my house to install it. These guys did it for $220 installed, and they came to my house for free. The pricing was almost too good to be true...which made me skeptical until i saw the finished product. They came out to put a new windshield in my new to me 2021 ram and messed the job up leaving my truck glass whistling. They came out and the technician disappeared with my truck 15 minutes to come back with a broken door seal and claimed that was the issue. I fixed it and they refuse to now come back and fix the real issue or warranty their work. Update: upon seeing the company’s reply I can can say they didn’t even bother reading my review and opted to try and cover up the fact they can’t replace glass which is the premise of their company. I’d highly recommend.

From the moment we stepped Foot on site we were greeted by a random hall, which turned more cheery. The office worker was kind, accommodating for our entire family. There were snacks, hot cocoa, drinks, TV, etc. the wait wasn’t too awful, but we sadly noticed a lot of glass debris left from the job. Some cut us when we put our hands on the doors. Sadly we realized that they had installed our wiper backwards. And glued the hose to our window that had popped off. Not well done. Will be calling to see if they can make this right.

I had my windshield break just before a planned long trip out of state. Everywhere I called couldn’t get me in for days. That wouldn’t work for me. West Michigan Auto Glass understood my situation and worked to get me in that day. By the end of the day I had a new windshield professionally installed. The customer service was exceptional and I couldn’t have been happier knowing I had a new windshield for my long trip out west. I highly recommend them as they obviously care about their customers. 5 stars +++

Well done! Great experience. We will definitely use again for our family fleet of automobile's. - We ended up putting a cedar beam into my front windshield on an older 2009 vehicle. The girl on the phone did great answering all my questions and very helpful getting someone out right away. These guys were quick with getting quality parts at a reasonable rate. The installer I got was very experienced with my vehicle and the job tured out perfect. Very happy. Thank you!
