Holbrook Tire & Auto Glass

I went in for two tires on 12/13/24, but one of my rims came up missing. I know how my car was going in and what it looked like, yet was lied to me about what had happened to my rim. My vehicle is a Toyota Corolla, yet they wanted to play dumb to where my rim went. Where is my Toyota rim at and what did they do with it is the heated question? I placed a review on the link to the 71 W. McNichols site not knowingly that I should have placed my review here, so any new customers can be on alert. Seems like they treat each person differently and we all are not given the same customer services with respect, care, or concerns of valuing each customer. Not returning at all to Holbrook Tire and Glass Shop. Waiting to see how this matter will be handled and resolved.

Had an amazing experience with Aramm and Duraid — these guys took care of both the glass and tires on my Tesla, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of their work is top-notch. I called 15 other places and no one even had one used tire for my car in stock. Sam at Holbrook not only had my tire, but offered me 4 tires installed and balanced for the price all the other shops wanted for 2 tires! I should have called here first. Thank you Sam and Holbrook for your top-notch customer service and prices that can’t be beat! You’ve got a loyal customer with me from now on :)

Scam artists. I've had friends that used to go there 10 years ago that said they did good work but I went in after being quoted a price over the phone and when I got there the price doubled, and the guy was speaking like a con artist trying to negotiate a significantly higher price. Lying about how much a dealership would charge when I already had quotes from other shops.

I’ve been to allot of tire shops these guys are honest people and they will go out of their way ebywtime to make sure you get the tires and glass you want especially ARAMM!! I called a bunch of shops all their prices were super high Holbrook beats all prices

The guys at Holbrook always look out. Needed tires on my 2022 Chevy Blazer. I needed those continental tires off really bad. They walked me through and showed me 4 new/used tires Firestone and I liked how they looked and I agreed to get those four.

Came in, and I was out in less than 40 minutes for mounting 4 tires from my current wheels, onto a new expensive set of wheels I brought in! Guys have been in the game for a while, definitely would give them my trust! Give very fair pricing!!
