SIMBOL AUTO GLASS SHOP

I have to update this review… In May 2023, I returned to Simbol for a chip repair. The person assisting me assured me that if I could prove I had full coverage insurance, the chip repair would be free. However, 14 months later, I noticed that the claim appeared on my consumer report with LexisNexis and was listed multiple times on adverse action notices from my auto insurance company. This has definitely cost me, as my premiums have increased and my risk profile has been negatively impacted. I strongly advise against agreeing to file a claim with your insurance company, even though they might encourage you to do so. If you can afford to pay out of pocket, don’t file a claim. Simbol, please refrain from using deceptive practices to gain business. Being honest with your customers allows them to make the best decisions for themselves. Everything was so smooth from inquiring about pricing over the telephone to picking up my vehicle at the end of the day after my appointment, not to mention your very fair pricing. I hope I never have to come back but I will send referrals!

I just had my whole windshield replaced due to a car on the freeway running over a tire and kicking it up at me. I would recommend simbol auto glass to anyone! They were by far the cheapest price when calling around and they accommodated every issue I had. They came to my house the very next day and replaced my windshield within an hour. Ray was very understanding when I initially called and helped get my appointment set up fast and easy so I can have my car to go to work the next day. Rudy the technician was very professional and polite. When it started to sprinkle outside, he pulled my car into the garage to continue working on it and get the job done. I had a decent sized crack in my windshield from a rock, non-repairable. Safelite wanted $250 and couldn't get somebody out for 3 weeks. I called Ray at Simbol and he replaced my windshield for $100 cheaper, and got me in almost immediately. I brought my Jeep in and the work was done on-time with no hassle whatsoever. Make sure you skip Safelite and go to Simbol! Also, Ray called my insurance company for me and got the claim switched from Safelite to his shop making the process even easier. I will be back! I'll tell you why I gave these guys 5 stars. First, they said that they would get it done faster than any of the other places I called and they did. 2nd- two of the nicest young men came out- Zack and Anthony- professional and courteous on a 95 degree day- their last stop on a long day. 3rd, Ray patiently listened to any questions or problems I had and happily assisted me. AND Amy protected my car when she didn't know it was my friends who picking it up for me! My rear window shattered during the recent cold spell. I called five other places that I found on Google, but none of them could or were willing to replace rear window glass. Simbol was able to take care of it the next day, and were also able to deal with my special payment needs. Olivia and Ashton were spectacular, Ashton especially so, because when I dropped off my car it was closing time, and my ride was very late. He allowed me to stay there past closing, to stay warm until my ride arrived! Very grateful to these people for their professionalism and for their caring attitudes!

I had a great experience with Simbol auto glass. Somebody smashed out my window and I gave Simbol auto a call first thing the next morning. They had the correct glass delivered to their shop within hours and were able to get my car in and fixed within the same day. Price was better than what Safelite quoted me and they got me in 5 days sooner than Safelite would have been able to. Their staff was friendly and professional and they were extremely speedy. Would absolutely recommend to anybody in a similar situation.

Ray helped me work with my insurance company and make recommendations for my windshield. I honestly had no idea how to even submit the claim and he walked me through the entire thing. He gave GREAT recommendations and I love my new windshield. Greatest people ever. Got a crack in my windshield from a little stone on my 2015 Audi A6. I called the Audi dealership and they quoted $1,119, which is what I was expecting. When I realized that was highway robbery I gave these guys a call. They called my insurance company for me, got the claim done and I paid half of what I would have. I 100% suggest this place. The job was totally done with 2 hours and is holding up perfectly, factory finish. Love Love Love!

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, efficient, and very friendly. They assessed the damage to my windshield quickly and gave me a clear breakdown of my options. The repair was done much faster than I expected, and the quality of the work is top-notch. Today I needed to get my windshield replaced. Nick and Caden were awesome from the start! They were prompt about letting me know when they would arrive and right on time. Greeted me with so much friendliness! I’m not sure if it was Nick or Caden or came into my office with my paperwork, key, AND found my drivers license I lost in my seat!!! Then let me know they put it in a safe spot in my vehicle. This way very nice and these awesome guys need to be recognized.
