Complete Auto Glass

My husband and I used to use Safe Lite Auto Glass. We were not happy with them after our new windshield install. It kept leaking in the corners. After several tries to fix it, we had to call Complete Auto Glass out. They were prompt, informative and professional. We were so happy with the service their guy Mike Wall gave us that we used him a couple more times for our window needs. We are in the process of staring a fire protection company And we will be using Mike and complete auto glass for all our service vehicle needs. I highly recommend them.

Avoid Complete Auto Glass at all costs. Do not trust this company with your vehicle. You work hard and pay good money for your car—don’t let them ruin it. They will damage it, refuse to take responsibility, and leave you with the mess. We hired them to replace the windshield on our Jeep. They came out, did the work, and left without addressing any issues. Upon inspection, we noticed they had sloppily applied black primer onto the roofline, which stood out against the stock red paint. We also noticed increased wind noise coming from both the windshield and the front passenger door. We called to have the issues addressed, and they sent the same technician to fix the problems. He couldn’t remove the primer, so he sanded the area and applied touch-up paint. The result was sloppy and unprofessional—it looks like garbage. On top of that, his sander damaged the clear coat, leaving a visible line across the roof. As for the wind noise, he claimed to have "reinforced" the seal, but it made no difference. Worse, he damaged the passenger door seal while leaning on it, even though it was in good condition before his initial visit. To top it off, we noticed the windshield itself was wavy and distorted in the center. At this point, it was clear they didn’t care about the quality of their work, so we decided to cut our losses and move on. Then came the final straw. Six weeks later, after a day of heavy rain, water flooded into the car through the windshield. Gallons of water had to be scooped out with a shop vacuum, and we had to remove the entire interior—carpet, seats, everything—to dry it properly. It took two people over 10 hours in freezing weather to clean up the mess. We tested the windshield and found the leak exactly where the wind noise was coming from. When I called to complain again, the manager, Mike, was dismissive, saying, “Six weeks is a long time ago,” and demanded photo proof of the damage. I sent the photos, but he ghosted me for several days. When I finally got in touch again, he said he’d talk to the owners and get back to me. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven’t received a straight answer or any resolution. Learn from my nightmare of an experience—do not use Complete Auto Glass. They are unprofessional, careless, and unwilling to stand behind their work. It’s not worth the headache or expense. Edit: Since putting up this review, they have offered my money back for the windshield under the condition that my review be taken down. No additional compensation for damage is being offered. After going through all this, I believe it would be dishonest to remove my review and is a laughable offer.

I had an amazing experience with Complete Auto Glass thanks to Eddie Fitzpatrick. The service he provided replacing my windshield on my 1991 Ford F-150 was outstanding. He not only took my old windshield out and installed my new windshield, Eddie did it quicker than I expected. He also cleaned it up and put my review mirror on for me and the quality of the windshield is excellent and the cost of the windshield and installation was even better than what I expected. Eddie didan amazing job. The windshield looks like it was the original. Eddie is also very professional and and genuinely kind and polite worker! Thankyou Eddie for taking the time and replacing my windshield, because of you and your work ethic, I continue to refer Complete Auto Glass and Eddie Fitzpatrick for any windshield repair or replacement.

Scheduled glass on a kenworth truck. I explained to scheduler that truck has a visor. He explained that it might have to be removed, but bring it in for us to look at. I arrived and immediately was told we can't touch it with visor. I spoke to installer who absolutely would not touch visor. I offered to remove it, and his response was we get to you later in the day. Obviously that didn't sit well with me. 3 hours of drive time and truck still has a bad windshield. If you have a stock truck best of luck. If you have any aftermarket visor or light bar, this is not the place for you. The scheduler is great, the installer is rude and unprofessional. Best of luck

We had the pleasure of Ed from Complete Auto Glass coming to our home today to install a new windshield in our 2018 Chevy Trax. He was quick, organized, and clean, despite the intense heat. Terrible experience. The person helping me from the start couldn’t find my order and got it confused for another car from a dealership. I waited 2 hours for the replacement because I’m about an hour away from the site which apparently is the only site I could go to for replacement due to the calibration for the windshield. Then I’m told I have to come back later for another windshield because it wouldn’t calibrate and they think it’s a flaw in a windshield from their supplier. Pretty ridiculous.

Ed at Complete Auto Glass did an amazing job replacing my back glass and filling a stone chip—quick, professional, and top quality work. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Big shoutout to Jen, the awesome CSR representative! She took my order, worked directly with my insurance, and made sure I got the best deal possible. Both Ed and Jen were friendly, efficient, and clearly care about their customers. First time using this company, came as a recommendation from my insurance company and without a doubt I know why they recommend it to their clients! Jenny was awesome, patient and explained in great detail the process the company takes to assure my request is completed on time and professionally!! Will definitely recommend to others myself ! I contacted Complete Auto Glass for a broken windshield and they sent a tech out right away. The techs name was Mike W. What a pleasure it was to have such a knowledgeable and professional person working on our vehicle. He was amazing! We will definitely be using Complete auto glass for all of our needs in the future and I hope that their tech Mike is still working for them so we can request him.

Needed my windshield replaced. Called Complete and they were able to come to my house within 48 hours. Ramon arrived within the window I was given and he had the job done within 1.5 hours. He was friendly and courteous, took his time and he did a great job. The price I was quoted was SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than the other shops I contacted. Would highly recommend Complete Auto Glass for this service!
