Clear Image Auto Glass

My 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser windshield had several cracks and chips. Land Cruiser windshields are notoriously complicated to replace so I called local Toyota dealerships for glass replacement companies and both dealers highly recommended Clear Image Auto Glass. Other glass replacement companies were much closer to my home but after speaking with Karen, a 30 minute drive was well worth a quality install. Karen also went well beyond what was expected to negotiate with my insurance the best replacement aftermarket windshield. Michael installed the new windshield in under 2 hours and also repaired a wobbly rear view mirror using genuine Toyota bracket he had on hand. Michael also had previous experience installing Land Cruiser windshields so I was confident his work would provide a leak free windshield for the life of my vehicle. I highly recommend Clear Image Auto Glass for any future glass replacement and their communication/customer service is outstanding.

I have a newer car. It has the package containing HUD display, rain sensor, light sensor +. While driving on I94 one fine day I caught a rock that led to an almost immediate crack. After calling the dealer and asking what I need to look for in a replacement. I was given contact information for Clear Image. Upon first contact, I was immediately informed what my car needed to replace my windshield. My auto insurance has a state contract with another vendor for glass replacement. I had to call and complete an e-opt out form from that vendor. Clear image took care of the rest. They said 3-4 hours to replace and recalibrate the windshield. It took one hour and thirty minutes. This review is long because I would like to advise others looking for replacement glass to use Clear Image. It is not often these days to be given exceptional service using only OEM replacements. While I was on the highway a vehicle in front of me kicked up a couple of rocks and cracked my windshield. I called Clear Image they were courteous and professional. They sent me a couple of quotes the same day. One for an OEM windshield and one for an aftermarket. The aftermarket was in my price range but I was nervous about using aftermarket parts. I called to ask questions and the rep was super helpful and put my mind as ease. I scheduled an appointment and had the mobile unit come out to my house for installation. Greg was friendly and professional. He got the job done in less time than I was quoted. He even put my oil change sticker back in place! He exceeded my expectations and I literally cannot tell the difference between my OEM windshield and this new one. Great job! I highly recommend this business. Without a doubt, this was a great experience from start to finish. The windshield replacement was excellent, but what most stands out to me is the way I was treated during the entire process, from filing a claim, to getting updates on the status of the work, right up to picking up the car. Emily was awesome. Kept us up to date on everything from insurance approval for OEM to changes in appointments and estimated times. Called another place and they said they couldn’t get glass for at least 2 months and we had the job at clear Image completed within 2 days after windshield ordered. Very professional company. I own a 1998 Honda and had my glass taken out and installed because the car was getting a full respray. When reinstalled I noticed a lot of scratches on the front window near where he would have prayed it loose, also he just couldn't take the time to clean out the third tail light that sits tight to the rear window. Now I have to spend a half hour to remove it and clean it myself when it could have taken him 10 seconds. The seals that go around the rear windows do not line up even close. All this cost me 500 bucks. Don't waste your time go somewhere else.

I recommend this company to anyone who wants competitive pricing, quality work and excellent customer service. A nasty crack developed in my windshield so I called Clear Image Auto Glass that same day. Not only did they make time to service me that day, but they even found a way to work me in earlier since I arrived early for the appointment. This reassured me because a cracked windshield in winter seems to spread easier than it does in the warmer months. It potentially saved me several hundred dollars in part of their urgency. 10/10 would go back.

I am happy with the service I received. I had to change my appointment due to an unexpected change in my schedule and they were very accommodating.
