Auto Glass Now

They did a great job, the only issue I had was as the installers we putting my new windshield it cracked. I understand things happen, but nobody let me.know what was going on until the installers came back with a new windshield. That was a hour I to my visit. The entire installation was only supposed to be an hour and I had another appointment 2 hours after this appointment so I was getting a little antsy until I was informed. I did make my other appointment on time, I just don't like cutting appointments that close.

It took only two hours to replace the windshield and calibrate the car system. The price I think is reasonable enough compared to the other auto glass company quote. I drove the car for a few miles then stopped at a convenience store. When I went back to the car and started on, it did not start and the car system seem to be not working. On the fourth attempt, it started. So I am unsure what happened since part of their service is to calibrate rate the car system. I am observing this issue.

Great experience. Brand new truck with a huge stone chip. Was worried about it cracking and having to replace the entire windshield. Touched base on Friday and called back on Monday. They didn’t have anything available until later in the week. I was heading out of town and wanted it fixed before I left. They scheduling staff and techs worked with me and squeezed me in during their lunch. Cost was less than originally quoted. Loved the customer service and honesty. Highly recommended!!!

Good, professional service! Great customer service and arrived at least 10 minutes early. My service tech that came out explained exactly what the process was, and had my windshield installed within an hour. Their prices are very reasonable! The service van he drove was also clean, and was not an eye sore parked in my driveway. I recommend using this company if you need any window or mirror repair! Overall content,but was not told of the cost until installer arrived,Spent several minutes on phone with with insurance adjuster ,never said anything about the cost ,also installer reinstalled oil change sticker But did not reinstall county park sticker ,kind of disappointed with overall job.Have used u on 3or 4 other repairs,but this time a lot disappointed.Questioable if I use u again…..unlikely .

I have used this company before. They were O'ryan then. Sorry if I misspelled the name. The technician was super nice and very professional. I wanted to give him a tip but couldn't through my cc. I believe his name was Greg. So sorry I missed that opportunity. Prices are very reasonable. I didn't need to make a claim with my insurance company. Stay away from places like Belle Tire. Over priced!!!

Called in about a crack running the length of my windshield. By the end of the day they had contacted me to schedule an appointment for the following morning, confirmed they had the piece of glass I needed in stock, and filed a preliminary claim with my insurance. Appointment took about 90 minutes and everybody at the shop was very friendly and helpful. Great service start to finish.

Extremely professional, superb quality, fantastic price compared to other glass companies. Aaron was nice helpful and his attention to detail was impressive. I honestly can't say enough about how happy I am with the overall experience. I will definitely send Auto Glass Now my fleet of 10 vehicles and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs glass service.

Great service! They were able to schedule us in quickly and get both vehicles done in just a couple of hours. Ryan, our tech, was great. He kept in communication with us and he was so helpful. He definitely went above and beyond with how he took care of things for us. Sara was also great to work with, she was super friendly and very helpful.

Yes, the sales person I forget his last name Mr. John he was very polite and professional, and I am extremely happy with his work and it was a joy to have them over and he fixed that window to the other one out didn’t even break it in the glass very clean very neat and I am very happy thank you very much Sincerely, Kenton Arnold.
