This was a wonderful experience. Often, vehicle repair can be frustrating, but this was not my experience worth Safelite. My windshield was damaged requiring replacement on a Monday. I contacted Safelite through my insurance company and Safelite had a technician at my house the very next day. Safelite's technician, Van, was professional, polite, on time, and completed the work ahead of schedule. My new windshield looks great and works perfectly. The price was extremely reasonable. I highly reconnaissance Safelite to anyone needing glass repair on their vehicle.

The photos speak for themselves! Windshield was not fitted properly, leaving a noticeable gap at the top, while digging into the weather stripping at the bottom, preventing the cowl and rubber stripping from lying flush against the glass. The weather stripping may need to be replaced entirely now due to the damage during, what appears to be, a botched windshield installation! I would have given less than three stars, but the price was very competitive (albeit, you get what you pay for) and the glass itself appears to have been handled with care. I uploaded the photos to ChatGPT 4 and here's what it had to say about the installation: For a 2015 Town and Country, after a windshield replacement, you'd expect the cowl and weatherstrip to sit flush and snug against the windshield without any gaps or areas that are lifted away from the glass. The weatherstrip should appear even and continuous all the way around, providing a proper seal. In the images you've provided, it does not look quite right. There are visible gaps and the weatherstrip appears to be misaligned or improperly fitted, which could potentially lead to leaks or wind noise. It's worth getting back in touch with the service provider to have them correct the installation. A newly installed windshield should not have these issues, and any reputable service provider should be willing to address and rectify the problem. If only ChatGPT 4 could do the repairs, lol! Maybe AI is what we deserve for not taking pride in our work. Eventually we'll all be replaced, and for good reason. Yes, I'm venting! 😉😅

this company is horrible. they gave me an online quote and I saw after I had filled out all the questions and got ready to pay there was a place to put a promo code. since I didn't have one I searched Google and found one for $49.99. so I went back through the whole process and it said 49.99 would be removed so they wouldn't charge me for travel to my location. back to Google I found that their services do include travel to your location that is their thing. additionally the quote said they were extra cactus and fees that could be added. so I have to going through it for the third time I thought I'll give them a call to ask what was going on. that was a failure. I tried the local number and all I got was a automated line that no matter what I did kept referring me back to the website. so I Found a corporate customer service line and call that. another automated voice told me that I could only proceed if I had a phone number attached to a previous order. there was no way to talk to an agent. so obviously I will never call them again and I don't recommend anybody else calling them. I don't think you'll have any different luck than I had. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SHOP LOCAL!

Strike 3!! This horrid company has damaged my car 3 straight times. First time was my car in 10/24. They dented my roof. The second was the same day on my wife's car. They installed a chipping glass and scratches all around the window frame. I called and after many reroutes I reached someone. The warranty appt was scheduled. They never showed. Rescheduled...Never showed. Now the 3rd strike. They replaced my windshield with a very poor quality one. The mirror mount is wrong and it makes the mirror loose. The first time I get in the car to drive the factory dash cam simply falls off and damages the lens. I reached someone in the shop. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and said they don't cover things that aren't factory. She was horribly rude and has no business working with customers. I explained it is factory equipment and in 58,000 miles if has never fallen off, but can't even make it out of my driveway after it was damaged by their technician.

If you need a new windshield, Safelite is your best route for the process! Booking the appointment was super easy. I first researched my auto insurance to know about the claim process and out of pocket cost. Then, I was able to complete the appointment process on Safelite’s site. I was relieved to find out my cost was only $100 deductible! I received updates about my appointment and the name of my tech who would perform the service in my driveway. Elijah arrived promptly at the appointment time, was informative about the process and professional in demeanor! He was great from start to finish and educated us about the post-care for the vehicle’s new windshield. I would ask for Elijah again if we ever needed another replacement!

John was great! He communicated well, was friendly, on time, and professional. He did an awesome job. I highly recommend John. Your text service, on the other hand, would make me think twice. After the service, I received 11 messages starting that night at 11:53pm that continued at 1:21am, 2:01am, 2:48am, 4:21am, 5:21am, 5:50am, 7:01am, 8:42am, 8:54am and 9:53 am until I texted the 800 number back and said this is harassment and to stop, then I received 1 more message from the bot saying to indicate what I needed help with. If it wasn't for John being such a pleasant person, I would have called someone and done a lot of complaining. John made the experience enjoyable; the rest of the communication was not so much.

From the ease of scheduling online to the outstanding communication throughout the entire repair process, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience! Every step was seamless, professional, and efficient. Richard, the associate who completed my windshield replacement, was fantastic. Even when he experienced a flat tire on his way to the appointment, he kept me updated on his arrival time. Once we met, he was professional, transparent, and incredibly efficient with the repair. What could have been a stressful experience was completely hassle-free.ServicesAuto windshield replacementPrice assessmentGreat price

I couldn’t believe it last week when my back window spontaneously exploded. I had the van parked in the driveway mid morning and a loud bang was heard. When I went to see what happened the photo below is what I found. Anyway I called Safelite right away and they were able to fit me in if I could drop it off the following morning. I know they usually come to you but that would’ve been a few days wait. So I dropped it off the next morning and picked it up the same day. The staff there were very kind. The service was great. The price was average but necessary. I would recommend them to someone else.

Just got my windshield replaced and I am very satisfied! It looks great and the technician was flexible coming at a time that worked better for me after reaching out the morning of my service. My MIL who was there with my car at the time said the technician was very friendly and professional. She was happy with the service provided and when I returned home to see the completed product, I also was. It is looks great and clear, much better that my horribly cracked windshield! Also, I feel it was a very fair price especially for the convenience of them coming to my house!

Old Review Guy showed up 30 minutes late so my girlfriend had to leave while he was still finishing up. He took that opportunity to smoke in my car and leave cigarette ashes in my engine bay and around the inside of my car. He missed the molding by a mile so the plastic trim wouldn’t fit. He did his best to make it fit which resulted in him scratching my fenders up and the trim still not being installed right. New Review Warranty guy they sent out installed the window and now it looks great. He was easy to deal with and addressed all my concerns.
