Eric did an outstanding job with my windshield replacement, and also with a few previous chip repairs. Most recently I had a chip in my direct line of sight on my windshield. I knew that with my vehicle having additional safety features and front view camera, that it was important to me to use the OE glass. Eric helped with everything, from beginning to end! He found an OE glass available that day, he did conference call with me, him, and the insurance adjuster, he did the work at my local dealer, so I dropped the car off the next morning, with additional specific requests about my dash cam, and he accommodated me in everything that needed to be done. He even worked with the dealer to get the safety system front view camera recalibrated to the new windshield. I HIGHLY recommend Eric and all of the team at Security Auto Glass for any glass repair or replacement.

Couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more considerate human-being to replace my windshield! Seth made this a quick and easy process and very efficient. Highly recommending to anyone who wants good, quality service. Although there was a tiny scuff we didn’t catch before the replacement, I wasn’t bothered. He offered to come back with a new glass later but I’ll happily take a scuff over a giant crack that impairs my vision. I service my cars at Adams toyota and its good to know that there are glass experts that check to make sure my windshield is in pristine condition.
