Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

Very helpful with the insurance process and was able to get our car windshield repaired in a timely manner. They did a great job and were very professional.

When initially setting up the appointment the woman was extremely nice and helpful booking an appointment. She told me I could book the appointment after 2:30pm so I didn't have to leave work early. Said the tech would call me before to confirm i was home. At 9am I was contacted by someone to cancle my appointment. And asked to reschedule the next day. I said sure, Just make it after 230 just like my previous appointment. "We can't accommodate specific times" "we will be there between 12-5 and if you aren't there we will reschedule you again" and he definitely had some attitude saying it. I said fine, and he rescheduled. When I got home I called another local place, pontiac trail, wixom. They said the could get me in right now. and it was a better price than this place. So 30 mins later my window was repaired. I tipped the tech $20 for being so fast and because he did such a good job. And i still saved money. Can't wait to cancle my appointment for tomorrow.

Mike and Corey provided exceptional customer service! When all distributors were out of stock with my specific heated windshield Mike went the extra mile to contact a distributor out of region and had the windshield expedited for install. Corey was extremely knowledgeable and explained the detailed install process and after care seamlessly! Thank you guys so much for an amazing experience!

Corey came out from Glass America to replace my windshield. Everything went great! He let me know when he was on his way and when he got here he explained everything and how long it would take. Definitely easy process and will be having them replace a windshield when needed!
