This company is truly awesome! I had the unexpected expense of having to replace my entire windshield. I called this company and from beginning to end, the owner was respectful, encouraging and professional. I explained my windshield, the features I had and he told me that he could install a genuine OEM replacement windshield the next day! Not only did he install it, but he called to see if he could come earlier than our agreed time, and replaced my windshield in about 30 min... IN THE DRIVEWAY OF MY HOME! Yes, I didn’t have to drive anywhere. He came to me and did a superb job. Please do not fool with other windshield or glass replacement companies. Call this company and get your replacement windshield here. It may not have been in your budget, but this guy’s professionalism, respect and his mobility make the entire experience wonderful. Highly recommend!

Went for chip repair. Was told that they couldn't risk trying to repair it because it might cause the STAR chip to fracture the whole windshield. I was told they did enough to prevent it from getting any bigger. They charged me 50.00. I couldn't see where any work was done so two days later I went to Safelite and asked them to see if anything more could be done. They looked it over and couldn't see if anything was done. I was told if anything had been done they couldn't do any more. After they evaluated it, they repaired if for me. SF did nothing. Tried to play me.ServicesService not listed

I called Monday morning about having my rear window replaced. Within a few minutes, I had a next day appointment. They immediately started on my car when I walked it, and was done within an hour. This was actually my second visit and both times were fast, professional and very well priced! The service was so amazing. The guys went above and beyond, stayed open late to fix my window, and when I couldn't find the address, one of the men stood on the curb of gratiot while on the phone with me to wave me down so I could find it. I was beyond satisfied, and my new window is so clean it looks like there is nothing there. Got my front windshield replaced.They were very professional and made sure I knew everything that was going on. From telling me before hand where checks and scratches where before they worked on it and what was going to be done to ensure it was perfectly fixed. They were also really friendly and even offered water for while we waited. If I could I would give 10 out of 10 stars.

Making an appointment was easy and they had my new windshield installed in less than an hour for 1/2 the cost I was quoted by a national chain. The gentlemen who helped me were very friendly and professional. They missed their repair window by almost one hour and I had to reschedule. I chose to drop off this time instead and I was late by 10 min for a DROP OFF and they said they would have to reschedule next week. I told her to just cancel and I’ll go somewhere else. Skip this place and go somewhere local, like I should have done in the first place.
