I called and spoke with a gentleman named Rudy on November 16th. He said he would be out to replace my windshield on the 21st. The 21st came and went, no call no show. The following day I called and left a message, but I received no return call. I was upset but let it go due to Thanksgiving. On Friday the 24th I called and left another message. Clearly stating who I was, what the vehicle was and the date it was suppose to have been fixed. I asked for him to return my call to let me know when he would be able to come out. Nothing!! On the 28th, I called yet again. This time he answered. I said "Hi I'm calling about the windshield you were suppose to fix the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, he replied with yeah, I didn't make it out there, I said I know I would have thought you would have called especially since I have left you messages, he replied with I'm not coming, I don't know who you think you are calling here chewing my ass like you are somebody.. goodbye. " Then he hung up. I cannot believe this man is still in business! WOW..I have always tried to support the small businesses, but I will never support this business nor will I ever recommend it!

Don’t waste your time calling Rudy! I DO NOT recommend his services!!!! I am very disappointed that I was told I had an appointment for him to come out and fix a rock chip. I thought it was convenient for him to come out to your home and It was my understanding that when you have an appointment he would come out and do the job as promised. That’s NOT the case he didn’t listen as I told him someone would be there with the vehicle and he called and someone called back within minutes and that wasn’t good enough so he went somewhere else. He decided that my business wasn’t worth it and was very rude when I called back to ask why he didn’t come out as promised and hung up on me. If you’re looking for someone that’s reliable And has great customer service look somewhere else! Rudy came out to my house in the blistering cold and ice to work on my car after the big snow and rain storm that came a couple of days ago. He was so polite and professional! It didn't take long at all and he really put a smile on my face. He even worked later than his scheduled work hours and on a Friday no less! HUGE recommendation for this man and his company. I'll help out a local business before I ever take my butt to a franchise! Five stars alllllll the way! Thanks Rudy!

The customer service was awful. Couldn't even get the man to call me back about my window. I stressed to him in the beginning that it was my daily driver and I needed a window in a bad way. He proceeded not call me back then cussed me out of the phone. I highly advise nobody should do business with him.

Lantrip Auto Glass was fast, efficient and very friendly. They were in and out within 30 minutes, I brought my own used windshield and they cleaned it up and scrapped all the previous stickers off and made it look brand new. I would 100% recommend this company. Best prices around!!

Way cheaper than anyone else around, came out the next morning, great service, did a great job, my windshield was super smashed and they got all the glass cleaned up and put a free coat of rainex on, everyone else charged which I thought was pretty low class.
