I recently had my Audi serviced at this Safelite location, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Despite being a new location, I hoped for a smooth and professional service, but that was far from the case. It took them over four weeks to get my replacement glass, even though Audi had the glass in stock. To make matters worse, I was told by one of their representatives that my glass was mistakenly used for another customer’s car, so they had to reorder it. This caused multiple rescheduled appointments and unnecessary delays. When the glass was finally installed, they failed to calibrate the sensors. I had confirmed twice over the phone that calibration would be included, yet they told me at the store to take my vehicle to Audi for calibration. The situation escalated into an argument with the service team, which only added to my frustration. I ended up leaving and arranging an appointment with Audi myself. Then, surprisingly, I received a call from Safelite saying they could now calibrate the vehicle, even though earlier they claimed they didn’t have the necessary software. This was after they had already charged my insurance for the calibration they initially didn’t perform. The entire process took over a month and was riddled with poor communication, disorganization, and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will never return. I hope they improve their service for future customers, but unfortunately, my experience was unacceptable.

Great quality, and polite technicians. The location and the workers are 5 stars. However, corporate is skeevy. They know that I needed a windshield replacement with calibration, but the initial quote only shows the glass replacement. Towards the end of the appointment making process, they tack on a recycling fee. But wait, it gets worst. Just 13 hours before my appointment, I get an email notifying me that the calibration process will cost more than the glass replacement itself. I don't mind paying for the work (which I did), but Safelite needs to be more transparent with their pricing. It's definite bait-n-switch.

This location was top notch! I have been to another location in the past for repairs but the customer service and technicians was nothing like this one. Very professional and polite. Kept me informed from start to finish. Even gave me very important instructions and information about the do's and don't after repairs to make sure nothing gets damaged. The past location did not do this and that's probably why I had to replace the same front windshield several times. I encourage everyone to go to the Canton MI location. You will not be disappointed!

My glass had a nation wide shortage but as soon as it came in I was sent a text and able to get in to the Safelite, Canton They got me right in and the actual replacement was really quick With a 2025 vehicle a third party had to work with them on the software which took the majority of the time (NOT a Safelite issue) I was informed of the updates and progress at every step Very professional, knowledgeable and super nice HIGHLY recommend

Windshield crack was done here because our insurance AAA covered it. It still looks horrible and now it’s hazy as a bonus and looks to still be structurally unstable. Additionally, your front desk worker should learn some basic manners and not call a customer “buddy”. I’m not your “buddy”. I’m to be greeted formally & you’re expending your manual labor on my car. A complaint will be filed with AAA & safelite corporate.

Very unprofessional service; One of their technician came to change my car winshield. He asked me the keys to drive car for calibration but bump my car in my garrage and cause damage but they dont want to accept it . I inspected the car before hand over unfortunately I did'nt take the pic before handing over . I selectd them because its big name in glass replacement but very unprofessinal way of dealing with customers.

The crack looks worse and is now bigger than when I took it to them. I am told that sometimes happens, which is a pathetic comment. I certainly will not use the location in Canton Michigan again. The technician couldn’t have cared less. AAA should not push them as hard as they do and in fact they care more about trying to have you purchase incredibly overpriced wiper blades than actually doing the correct job.

From Safelite’s general “hotline” number, one of their reps told me to expect my car to be there all day for a windshield replacement, but when I actually took my car in, it didn’t even take them an hour to install it LOL. Ryan made the whole thing so easy! He even cleaned my car. They don’t mess around at this place—seriously! Highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. I was told the process would be 2-3 hours. I was offered coffee and water. The waiting room was comfortable. My car was completed in less than an hour! The best part was seeing my Belle Isle park pass had been removed from my broken glass and put onto my new window!! Great business!

Great customer service from the moment I set foot in the door. I was greeted by my technician and another young man. Was quoted a time and expected to wait for 1-2hrs. I couldn’t even finish my coffee and Ryan was finished! Will be return for future replacements (hopefully I won’t need to). Thanks so much Ryan!
