Visions Auto Glass

I can't say enough about the stellar service provided by everyone at Visions Auto Glass. The windshield on our SUV was a little more complex than most and Visions took the time to make sure they had everything they needed to bring the truck back to new condition. They also worked on our behalf with our insurance company to make sure all the appropriate parts were covered and replaced. Their entire team, from the customer service folks to the technicians, are top notch and really put the customer first. This wasn't our first windshield replaced by Visions and it won't be our last.

What a great company and fantastic people!! I needed a new windshield, so living in my small town I went to a tire place that does windshields. They quoted me a price that was over $350!! I knew I was in trouble... I called Visions Auto Glass and got a quote for $120 less than the tire place and they could get me in immediately. I was sold. I showed up and they did my window, it was fast and perfect. The price was right, it was so fast, and I was back on the road with no worries. Thanks Visions Auto Glass!! Be sure to ask if they carry liability insurance in the event they damage your vehicle during the window install. Even tho the Technician admitted he did not follow policy by disconnecting the mirror which resulted in damage to our dashboard, the company refused to stand behind his work. We were left to pay for a new dashboard on our own. Can not understand how a company would not carry insurance over their workers. Horrible experience for us.

She was informative about my insurance plan and took the time to answer all of my questions. I went to Visions Auto Glass to get a new windshield they were very friendly and answered all my questions. Alex the installer even helped me find the rattle in my dash loose change!! I even saved on my deductible!! Thanks Visions!! I told three of my friends and they went to Visions also and had great experiences! They even made my insurance claim for me. Had a real nice experience today with Visions Auto Glass!! Toney was very polite and did an awesome job installing the window for our car!! Customer service is impeccable!!! The girls in the office were courteous and I had a blast with them on the phone. They made our experience as easy as they advertise!!Our glass tech was extremely friendly and fast!! I was able to drive away in a hour!

This team was amazing. I had to have been the night mare of all customers when it came to rescheduling and the weather. They were available everytime I called and we're more then willing to accommodate. Great customer service!!!
