The only positive is that I now have a rear window in the middle of winter( maybe?). After the initial booking, wrong window was ordered. Show up and confirmed and sent my on my way. Rescheduled for when glass could come. No confirmation sent when made change in shop. Appointment would not show on website. Get a text early morning for 8 am appointment, drop vehicle off and let them know I will be waiting just down the street for approximately 90 minutes visit. Walked in the snow expecting to receive notification of progress on vehicle. At 11am all o can do is text at chatbot. At 11:30 I start calling the phone number given that is a call center that cannot find my visit and transfers me to another Safelite location. That location can pull up my appointment but doesn't even have the option to call other location because they don't have a number. The agent at least tried to email to get me an update and to have them call. At 12:37 I got my first message that work started. At 1:08 got a call it was ready. 5 hours later. Get back to it to find massive amounts of glass in the bed and a window that sounds paper thin or unsealed as I drive down the road. Never mind the $40 glass recycling fee paid for me to have to clean it up myself. If you want service, quality work, or communication I would definitely take your business elsewhere.

*Update 12/13/22* I stopped by and they resolved the issue and apologized for their mistake. I had my windshield replaced on Friday 12/9. At the time everything looked fine but when I got home and looked on the passenger side floor I saw there was glass all over the floor mat and on the passenger door arm rest. And they left dirt all over the floor. The next day I attempted to spray my windshield and nothing sprayed. It seems they didn't connect a hose because I hear the pump and there is solvent in the reservoir. And I also noticed the cover behind the rear view mirror was not attached properly. The staff was friendly, that's why they get two stars. They failed to finish the job properly. Unacceptable. And now I can't get in touch with anyone there because the Safelite phone system routes everyone through a national call center. Not being able to clean my windshield is a serious safety issue in the winter time.

If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would, worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I've been over a month with out a back wind shield on my vehicle. The first time they received the glass in it was damaged which is understanable. The second and third appointment I had with them the technician no call, no showed which i took the day off of work twice for... When I called to ask them what happend both times they "had no clue what happend". The fourth time they promised me it would get done on a Saturday first thing in the morning. Well, you guessed it they called with more bad news saying they recieved my glass in but they can't figure out how to do the spacing for the glass. When I asked to talk to a manager they said none are available and are all on vacation. Save yourself time and a massive headache and take your business elsewhere.

Do not take your car here. They called me 3.5 hours after I dropped off my car to inform me the glass they had for my car was damaged. The excuse they had was unbelievably poor and to sum it up they blamed their warehouse people for mishandling it. Imagine running a business where you triple confirm your customers are coming and don't even make sure your products are deliverable. This is THE THIRD TIME safelite has pulled these shenanigans and will be the absolute last time I'll ever consider their services. I asked to see the glass before picking up my vehicle and yes I was shown damaged glass and it was so visibly obvious I asked why they didn't call me first thing in the morning before I had family driving in from 40 minutes to pick me up and drop me off. Lame excuses again and again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I filed a claim for a cracked windshield and was made to wait four months for a replacement. When it was finally installed, the new windshield leaks air at highway speeds (around 60 mph). This delay could have put me at serious risk had the windshield failed during that time. The overall experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve remained polite and cooperative throughout the process, but the service I received felt substandard and unreliable. Now, I’m being asked to take time off work to bring the vehicle into the shop again to have the issue corrected—something that should have been done right the first time. Based on this experience, I will not be using this service again. I hope others don’t have to go through the same inconvenience.

2 stars because they can perform the work. No direct line to inquire after dropping vehicle off for status and makes you talk to someone not local and unaware of your vehicle. expectations of a appointment are misconstrued as well. set an appointment up and then aid we would drop it off in the morning for the appointment. this was taken by them as a "drop and go" which negates your appointment and takes them until the end of the day to complete it. lack of quality communication is why this is not a better review. Bring back Henderson Glass!!!!

All went well and service was prompt and as scheduled. My only complaint is with the on line scheduling system. There was an error as it had my vehicle as a 2018 instead of 2019. Not easy to correct. First elected chat and a representative never came on line. Tracked down phone number and the phone agent was extremely helpful. I do think she hung up on me as I was suggesting some improvements to on line scheduling and commenting that no chat agent answered.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had an excellent experience with my Safelite technician! (Jonathan) he was professional, punctual, and took great care in replacing my windshield. The installation was quick, but didn’t cut any corners—they explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. My vehicle looks great, and the glass is flawless. I really appreciate the attention to detail and friendly service. Highly recommend Safelite and this technician for anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement!

I had my windshield replace. I got an appointment right away. The staff was polite and very efficient. It only took about an hour and Kadin, who replaced the window was super nice. He explained all the things I needed to know and even saved the stickers from the window. I would recomend this place to any one asking aout window replacement. Thank you

Very expensive and lengthly wait for a windshield replacement. The woman running the front counter was also very rude and unprofessional. I'm also unhappy with the fact that the technician moved a significant amount of my personal belongings in my vehicle and left a mess.
